The location, room comfort, food served at their cafe and attitude of the staff.
There was a minor issue with the elevator. It was broken for a day but the staff were so apologetic.
The staff were super polite and helpful. The amenities are okay and the room was cozy and relaxing. The location is also very convenient because there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is an ATM in front.

Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious.

We had a good experience staying in this hotel. Very accommodating staff, rooms are clean too and very cozy place near to almost everything.
First, it locates in the centre of the city, it is near to Sapa Square. They have cafe below the hotel, so the atmosphere is good. The service is good too. The guy can speak a little bit of Indonesian. He is friendly. So, it’s perfect for Indonesian people. We are 3 people by the way, it’s hard to find a good one for 3 people. So, it’s perfect. They have a limousine sleeping bus service too.
Awesome place to stay!! Easy access and strong wifi!! Breakfast was buzz!! The room itself fit 3 people with some spaces still, which I would say was worth it!! The environment are busy like usual and there are lots of food nearby, walkable atleast!!
