Pros:

The hotel is located at the center of sapa town. Very convenient with food and shop around the corner.Station to Fansipan just next to it. Hotel food is nice and staff is friendly. Room is big enough for family with 1 double and 2 single bed. Breakfast good as well and worth for the money.

Cons:

The room have to be touch up abit. Found some cracked on the floor. Make more variety for breakfast.

Definitely will return. A delightful stay
Pros:

It’s a toss up between the ambiance (kind of apres ski vibe) and the incredibly gracious staff. They sincerely want you to enjoy your stay and the available local offerings.
Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, ample hot water in a nice shower, windows that open (rm 405 is quiet) an elevator, breakfast buffet with fresh, varied offerings, restaurant on the ground floor that has consistently good quality food - that is well priced. It felt like returning home at the end of each day. The great staff is obviously supported by a top down management that promotes customer service.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Sapa, with Sun Plaza and Moana Plaza within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. Activities can be booked directly through the hotel, and they also assist with arranging buses to Ha Long, Ha Giang, Hanoi, and Ninh Binh. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Strategic Location and Very Solutive
Pros:

The location is near to Sapa Station, just 100m. You can rent bathroom for take a shower. And they can keep your luggage before checkin time. The reseptionist is very helpful and informative.

Wspaniały pobyt w hotelu. Bardzo pomocny personel. Szczególnie dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy Panią Selenę, która w każdym momencie pomagała nam. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu. Duże pokoje. Miłe przyjecie. Centrum miasta. Bliskość atrakcji turystycznych, restauracji, kawiarnia na dole ze smaczną kawą i możliwością zjedzenia dobrych posiłków. Localisation idéale en plein centre de Sapa. Petit déjeuner correct. Gentillesse du personnel et possibilité de dépôt de bagage avant et après checkin/checkout.

Chambre assez bruyante avec fenêtre sur couloir donnant directement sur l’ascenseur, certains équipements non fonctionnels (coffre-fort), odeur de renfermé et humidité
