Exceptional staff, great stay!
Pros:

I cannot thank the staff at Sapa Centre Hotel enough, especially Tintin! On our first night there I was battling a stomach bug and fell really ill from dehydration. Tintin called a driver, accompanied us to the hospital, and stayed with us to translate to the doctor in the middle of the night. He helped us extend our stay, was so friendly and hospitable for the rest of it all and checked in on me lots once I was better. The other staff were also nothing short of exceptional.
The room itself was comfy and the hotel is super located. We ate at the restaurant often and it was always delicious.
Hugest thanks to Tintin and all the staff, I cannot thank them enough!

Good for short stay as it’s on the center of Dspa and convenient to everything.
Pros:

It is in the best location right in the very center with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Cons:

Our shower didn’t work. The controller of shower fell out so we complained and somebody came to fix it by just gluing it and of course when we showered again - it fell off! I also found roach twice! But it’s expected I guess

Great hotel, excellent staff in a beautiful part of Vietnam!
Pros:

The location was excellent! The room was clean & beds were comfortable. They accommodated a very late check-in with clear & helpful information. The breakfasts were great with a good choice of food & we had a delicious meal the evening we left. The standout for me were the staff, polite, friendly & very helpful! A big shout out to “Dua Lipa” the receptionist for whom nothing was too much.. she was the jewel in the crown of the Sapa Central Hotel.

Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were really helpful with all my needs. Great restaurant, cold beer. Laundry was back within a few hours.

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다.
만약 조용하고 사람이 없는 곳에서 쉬는 것을 원하신다면 경치좋고 뷰가 좋은 외곽에 숙소를 잡으시는 것도 좋을겁니다.
하지만, 사파 경험이 있으시거나, 사파 시내 여러 곳을 돌아다니는 것을 좋아하신다면
이곳 만큼의 훌륭한 위치와 가성비를 가진 곳을 찾기 어려울 겁니다.

Highly recommend this property. Great value for money and very central
Pros:

Great location and across the road to our meeting point for 2 day trek. They kindly kept our suitcases for 2 days while we trekked. Walking distance to great restaurants too.

Fabulous stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

We had a deluxe room with balcony. A fabulous room. Loved the balcony with the opening shutters and lounge area.

The staff here were exceptional. Special mention to Selena and Dua Lipa. They both went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome stay. The fellas in the bar area were also great making sure they had a cold bottle of wine ready for us at the end of our day exploring.

The location of the hotel is great. Close enough to everything. Highly recommend.

Pros:

The location is exactly at city centre. Only 2 mnt walk to Sapa Station / Sun Plaza, if you are willing to take tour to Fansipan. The staff Dua was very friendly, kind and helpful, letting us keep our bag while we strolling around untill check in time. We booked big room with balcony with view straiight to Sapa Square.
