best accomodation everytime i'm comes to padang. and very helpful staff, especially reception. friendly, helpful and caring for me. all the best for me to our hotel. keep improve your service. btw, send my regards to our staf Riko. he's friendly staf, and help me anything.

Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night

was asked by tour guide if i experienced anything here, so i googled about the hotel. Seems that it had another name and was destroyed in an earthquake. Anyway, i didn't experience any scary things. I slept well except internet is unstable and the towels are raggedy. First time i had such pathetic towels. :( Every night housekeeping would ring us to see if we need room service. Thank you.

Alfano and the whole Axana staff was extremely helpfuly, Good meal,huge room with nice view.friendly and nice place. The facilities are excellent andThe swimming pool was nice for enjoy the sunset. Highly recommended for you guys who gonna come to padang

Was awsome, the room was was great and service was excellent, 2 nights here and i want more. Rooftop swimming pool was nice. Front desk staff, alfano knowing how to treat the guest very well. He is legent. See you soon dude

Good room service, prompt support and front office staff was excellent. Good location for business trip. Price also not pricey. Their lontong sayur padang was bon Appettite. Special Thank you for pak fajri who support me as well. Room also so fancy!

My staying has been absolutely amazing , room is really comfy, food is tasty , staff crew is outstanding, couldn’t actually be in a better hotel. Surely I’m coming back .
I’ve personally met GRO Alfano who is very, efficient, kind, respectful and helpful as he is a really great English speaker. He has reached and exceed all my expectations.

It is the right choice to stay in this lovely hotel, beside the services and the facilities there is a very strategic location, cause its place in the centre of Padang City. It nears the beach actually.

My two friends and I stayed here for one night twice on our way to and from our boat trip. The hotel was great! Clean room and comfy bed. The rooftop pool was beautiful.

We made reservation for 2 bedrooms. We wait for 3 hours for check in. And only got one of our room. And another room we got for next two more hours. We understand maybe due too a lots of people that check out. But there was no complimentary offered. And when we got the other room key for the other room. And the front desk named RANTI WILORI very impolite. I talked to her she answered me without even look at my face. I asked for another key. Because when my kids went to swimming, we have to go out since no key. Need key for take the elevator. She didn’t want to help. Considering this hotel already disappointed for very late checking time. And I don’t know, is there any standard operating procedures in this hotel. How long you can neglected your guests and what you should do for make them feel better? I hope someone in this hotel can speak English so can reply this complaint!!

now price is very good, about 360-400k Rp per night that is very good for 4 star hotel , need little repair for rooms but it's all fine ,

I travel to Padang a few times a year and always stay at The Axana Hotel. Good food, good accommodation and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with Alfano Ganteng, he was very polite and went out of his way to ensure my stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Padang was amazing. With lots of interesting places to visit. I would definitely recommend axana hotel. The staffs were very helpful and apologetic sometimes.

Beautiful roof top pool. There was too much smoking and smoke in the hotel.
