Bad start in a nice place! - A convenient place for surfers

Hi everybody around - I (73) arrived at Easy Surf Hotel Kuta on a very rainy day, sick from jet lag that never seemed to stop and finally sent me down with a lung inflammation. Let's put it this way: I had a bad start in a nice place! Easy Surf has everything a surfer might wish to have for himself, just crossing the street, and he is in the waves.
The hotel is well organised, looks easy as the name says, with upright surf boards in lines and the young faces around - you may feel to have returned to one of your own favourite juvenile places. I am sure the owner will take good care of you when you ask her help.

Cons:

I arrived at 12.20 hours but the front girl had me wait till 2 o'clock for check in. The room was ready and she didn't pay attention to my crutches that I have to use to get along. She just sold the 2-bed-room on the ground around the clean pool to an Asian family that had hopped in while she sent me upstairs to 2nd floor in the older part of the building. And, while to surfers mattresses presumably don‘t matter, at my age ..... Change was promised ..... !

This property exactly as advertised. It exceeded our expectations. Staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Pool and relaxed atmosphere. Also, the included, à la carte breakfast was available till noon. Never had that before. Nice touch.

Pros:

It was incredible and breathtaking experience to live in such a beauty and peaceful place with amazing view in front of our window, clear pool, tasty breakfast and super comfortable location!
We are grateful to all the stuff, they were always supportive and helpful! It was our really first hotel on Bali and it matched with our expectations!!!
