Swiss Flora Inn Hotel Riyadh

Was a lot off nose because off construction around the hotel day and night and its very difficult to sleep

Amazing front desk staff very accommodating. Around 10 min walk from the metro quite straight forward no need for a taxi. Room clean and big rooms in the junior suite. Quiet hotel. Perfectly located for Boulevard World or the financial district.

Stayed for 5 days, had hot water the first day and cold water the next 4 days.

Very low standard, horrible mistakes, no internet most of the time. Ugly. Very expensive for the quality we get. Room service does horrible mistakes, never care about the customer request.

The room space was considerably large (Front desk upgraded my room as a kind gesture). Property is not that attractive but definitely with such thoughtful members, business is lucky to have them around. I hope I recall the name correctly but it was something close to Soliman!

They couldn’t find my reservation, first time I had issue for reservation but receptionist and staff were kind and give us compensation.Bathroom pictures do not reflect the reality, it is clean but there is no jacuzzi as it shows in the pictures.Beds are big and comfortable.Breakfast was fair. Staff friendly. Rooms size are good.Some of the rooms windows isolation better than others. It’s should be improv.
Value for money it’s good. I will revisit.

The property stands in an area under development and so is dusty, dirty and surrounded by rubbish. The food arrangements are poor. Breakfast has to be taken in another hotel a few minutes walk away although room service is said to be available. On most occasions I called room service, nobody picked up the call. On the first occasion I did make an order, and despite also calling reception to complain, the food did not arrive and so after 5 or so hours I went down to reception to speak to them face to face which resolved the issue. I received a letter of apology under my door stating room service was available 24/7 but this did not change my experience which was that rarely did anybody take the telephone call at room service.

كثيرا اسكن في هذا الفندق ولكن اخر مره تم اسكاني في غرفه تعيسة لا أعلم لماذا حسيت انه مو الفندق المعروف لدي

Rooms are dated and actually dirty. Mine obviously was not vacuumed for the two days I was there. Crumbs and food bits on the floor have not moved. Staff busy with their phones than looking after customers. Room service was arrogant, rude and unhelpful. If the finally delivered good was good, I might have even excused that as someone having a bad day, but it was one of the worst burgers I've had. Will not stay there again.

The price is more than the quality . It's not what I expected.

my stay in this hotel was good experience. it is new and well furnished.

Water pressure is low for shower. Overall is great place to stay
