Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious family room, beautiful Mount Ararat view, comfortable beds, and very relaxing environment.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great stay in Yerevan with children, excellent breakfast and staff
Pros:

Spacious, nice view, supermarket around the corner. Nice pool with garden and excellent breakfast. Good shower with water pressure and temperature. The airco also worked fine.

Cons:

The carpets and curtains could be renewed. The fridge was really old and made some noise. For us Europeans it was weird to see an ashtray in the room.

Good for the price
Pros:

Very good hotel for the price. Restaurant closed out of season - but other restaurants in 100 meters. Room very good and clean. Breakfast very good.
