The rooms are very cute, and the location is excellent—just 2–3 minutes away from Sun World Fansipan. There are also many nearby dining options, including both Asian and Western food.

Cons:

However, the bathroom in the couple room could be improved. After the first person showered, the next person had to wait about 20–25 minutes for hot water again. Additionally, the shower head was not functioning properly.

Le personnel est très sympathique, l'emplacement est très bien : proche des restaurants et de boutiques.
L'eau chaude de la douche était très appréciable en ce mois de février.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas très propre, le lit peu confortable.
Petit déjeuner trop léger.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Blick auf die Berge, sehr leckerer Tee.

Cons:

Zimmer musste durchgehend geheizt werden, da schlecht isoliert. Hat aber geklappt mit der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage.

Good location and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close from Sapa Station where you get the tram to go to Mt. Fansipan.
There are plenty of good restaurants around (Family restaurant, Sapa Life and Street Pizza were our favourites).
Lots of blankets and air con working well.

Cons:

Wifi is quite unstable (and slow) depending on your room.
The shower has hot water for one person, so you need to wait a few minutes to have hot water again.
It didn’t bothered us, but the staff is quite short (it’s run by a family).

Pros:

Right in the heart of Sapa, just as its name suggests.
The room is perfect, especially with the balcony. I loved it, and the price is very reasonable.
The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.
The owner is very supportive; she even offered me extra hours for a small additional charge.
Highly recommended, definitely worth the money 😊

Cons:

Towel: Considering the winter weather in Sapa (especially in January), which is often cloudy, the towels provided may not dry properly and also seem a bit old. It’s recommended to bring your own towel.
Aside from this small note, everything else was a great experience.

Mały kameralny hotel. Wszystko czego potrzeba jeśli odwiedzasz okolicę Ha Long , bardzo miła obsługa.
