Pros:

Расположение удобное очень

Cons:

Персоналу вообще пофиг на все. Работают так себе. В конце попросил в связи с уездом раньше, сделать завтрак в дорогу, сказали хорошо. Но так ничего и не сделали

Cons:

The staff were extremely noisy every night shouting and screaming and kept me awake. The road noise was also very loud and disruptive. The room smelled so damp it was disgusting. The pillows are all yellow. The towels are pathetic and old. The fridge did not work and the air con wasn’t good. The water pressure was not good on the top floor.

Pros:

Det låg centralt och var bekvämt! Bra badrum och skön säng! Wifi fungerade som det skulle. Man kunde boka många olika aktiviteter på boendet samt vidare transport till andra ställen. God frukost:)

Cons:

Det luktade mögligt i rummet och personal i receptionen förstod ingen engelska. De slängde mina skor för jag hade ställt de utanför rummet och de "såg lite smutsiga ut". Fick ej pengar i ersättning, men ett par gamla skor ( som visserligen var trasiga ).

Excelente opción para presupuestos ajustados y no ajustados
Pros:

La habitación 302 es muy luminosa y acogedora, para el precio que tiene, me parece un lujo. Hace 2 años me quedé en otra habitación, no era igual de luminosa pero estaba igual de bien.

Ne réservé jamais cette chambre quelque soit le prix !

Cons:

L'accueil par une jeune fille : c'est un zéro que je lui attribue.
La chambre une catastrophe et la salle de bain il n'y avait pas d'eau pour se doucher, juste un mince filet d'eau qui coulait >>>catastrophe ! Une odeur d'égout permanente venait de la salle de bain.
Heureusement que j'avais pris qu'une nuit et très tôt le matin j'ai quitté les lieux.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral. Die Zimmer waren fein mit Balkon. Das Hotel biete einiges an Touren an. Wir buchten einen privaten Fahrer über sie und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir wollten spontan eine Nacht länger bleiben und es war kein Problem!

Cons:

Leider konnte keiner des Personal Englisch als wir da waren...

Pros:

Extremely clean and quiet. As the name suggests, it is located in the center of Sapa, convenient to restaurants and shops (but not on the main road). Best of all Juliana, the manager, goes out of her way to meet her guests needs no matter how big or small and always does so with patience and a big smile. She can help organize anything you wish to do in Sapa or the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Great location but could have improved the cleanliness and sanitation inside the hotel.

Location is great and in the center of Sapa.

Cons:

Our bed was smell so bad like someone used it for couple of time already. We saw some dirt under the comforter. There was no breakfast served even it was included in the booking. Receptionist is not speaking english. We saw some rats roaming around the reception and in the dining area behind it.

DONT STAY HERE! The only thing good about this hotel is the location. First, the hotel looks like it’s abandoned.
We booked the highest category room for 4 nights and we ended up leaving after the first night. We asked for a refund but the owner said it wasn’t possible (even after we asked the refund for only 2 nights). He is not flexible at all.
Let me tell you: the room is not clean, the aircon doesn’t work properly, you can hear all the noise coming from outside because the balcony doors are broken, the bed sheets are too small for 2 people and overall everything is dirty!!

We checked out without any refund and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay!
