Location is great and in the center of Sapa.
Our bed was smell so bad like someone used it for couple of time already. We saw some dirt under the comforter. There was no breakfast served even it was included in the booking. Receptionist is not speaking english. We saw some rats roaming around the reception and in the dining area behind it.

DONT STAY HERE! The only thing good about this hotel is the location. First, the hotel looks like it’s abandoned.
We booked the highest category room for 4 nights and we ended up leaving after the first night. We asked for a refund but the owner said it wasn’t possible (even after we asked the refund for only 2 nights). He is not flexible at all.
Let me tell you: the room is not clean, the aircon doesn’t work properly, you can hear all the noise coming from outside because the balcony doors are broken, the bed sheets are too small for 2 people and overall everything is dirty!!
We checked out without any refund and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay!

The rooms are very cute, and the location is excellent—just 2–3 minutes away from Sun World Fansipan. There are also many nearby dining options, including both Asian and Western food.
However, the bathroom in the couple room could be improved. After the first person showered, the next person had to wait about 20–25 minutes for hot water again. Additionally, the shower head was not functioning properly.

Location is perfect. Close from Sapa Station where you get the tram to go to Mt. Fansipan.
There are plenty of good restaurants around (Family restaurant, Sapa Life and Street Pizza were our favourites).
Lots of blankets and air con working well.
Wifi is quite unstable (and slow) depending on your room.
The shower has hot water for one person, so you need to wait a few minutes to have hot water again.
It didn’t bothered us, but the staff is quite short (it’s run by a family).

It was really comfortable for me that my room was warm on a cold winter day in Sapa.
Right in the heart of Sapa, just as its name suggests.
The room is perfect, especially with the balcony. I loved it, and the price is very reasonable.
The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.
The owner is very supportive; she even offered me extra hours for a small additional charge.
Highly recommended, definitely worth the money 😊
Towel: Considering the winter weather in Sapa (especially in January), which is often cloudy, the towels provided may not dry properly and also seem a bit old. It’s recommended to bring your own towel.
Aside from this small note, everything else was a great experience.
