Great location but cleanliness needs to be improved.
Pros:

The location was great and I could see the mountain from my room. The hotel is also within walking distance of Sapa station, Sapa Night Market and Sapa Lake. The staff was super helpful. They helped me book a bus to Hanoi

Cons:

The property was not clean. It had a musty smell and the surfaces seemed to not have been cleaned or wiped in a while

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien !

Cons:

Malheureusement, la chambre ne correspondait pas au photo… tout était vieux, je ne m’y suis pas sentie à l’aise. Pour 1 nuit c’est ok, mais c’est tout.

It was just great happy customer I would have stayed longer. Very happy to find a place.

Pros:

Had a great stay at the hotel
Right at the city center but not as much noisy
Breakfast was simple and worth the money
The room had a great view
And they even let us check in early for a small surcharge which helped us a lot

Cons:

Many stairs and no elevator
Probably fine on lower floors but we were last floor

Идеальное временное размещение в Сапе, отличное цена-качество
Pros:

Отель превзошёл ожидания по соотношению цена-качество. За сверхскромный бюджет получаешь тихий чистый номер с удобной кроватью, крутым видом и хорошим санузлом. За эти деньги хотеть большего просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую.

Cons:

1 кондиционер требовал "танцев с бубном", чтобы заставить его работать. 1 из 2 холодильников не работал. Лифта нет, подъём чемоданов на 4 этаж может вызвать вопросики))
