Pros:

Pool area, the garden and the lounge area both in and outside was very nice.

Cons:

Based on the website we expected four different restaurants in the resort but could in best case count to two plus a cafe.
It was said two swimming pools but only one open.

Не пускали купаться в море. Орали на берегу в рупор чтобы мы выходили . Предложили купаться в отвешенном месте, где ограничитель входа в воду - по колено !
Отель только для местных , иностранцам делать нечего . Еда невкусная, дорогая.

Pros:

Был в мае 2025 на пару дней. Отель шикарный конечно, персонал на 10+, как в принципе и везде в норм отелях и ресторанах Китая. Жаль, было еще холодно, на море не удалось покупаться

Pros:

其實⋯如果這只是3、4星酒店，那麼水準絕對是不錯的。可是它作為一家5星酒店，我感覺清潔度真的不合格。其中一張床的枕頭有明顯的汗臭味（另一張床的枕頭沒有），實在難以忍受下，我們只好要求更換枕頭。此外，浴室的去水口感覺有點堵塞，剛洗澡不到5分鐘，渠口的水就快溢出來了，我們只好斷斷續續、停停洗洗，等待去水。

Good choice for families with children
Pros:

Hotel had very good facilities for kids - indoor pool (outdoor pool opens in May), kids club, pet club, beach, train and an amazing public playground with various slides right next to the property.

Cons:

The service was not very high standard compared with other Marriott properties. If I did not speak Chinese it would be very hard to communicate.

Maybe we were just unlucky, but there was a construction noice starting at 6:30am.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are trying their best to be helpful. Overall. It was a good stay.

Cons:

The outdoor swimming pool is closed, and there was no mention of that on the website. This was a big disappointment for us. The location is very remote.

They keep animals caged in a "Petting Zoo" - Animal Cruelty at its finest!
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The zoo is TERRIBLE. Please, get rid of it! keep a baby pig in a cage 24 hours a day without walking it and without other piggie's company is pure torture. Please, please, please get rid of this! Also they spray painted the Alpaca as a giraffe.... animal cruelty at its best!

One of my best night in SZ!
Pros:

Thank you front desk accommodating my stay!! The staff at breakfast also wonderful. Helpful and always smile.

It is a beach front hotel and the beach is very nice. There is a big glass area so you just relax and chill by the day!
