Wonderful hotel, wonderful experience!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and neat and that was very much appreciated. The hotel in general was very clean and looked recently updated. My child loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The tile is a little slick and that could be dangerous. A teenage girl slipped and fell while we were in there, but otherwise the facility was great and a big part of why we stayed there. We exercised in the workout room and that was nice. The hot breakfast was great and another reason why we chose that hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and if we visit Asheville again, we will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Our overall experience was wonderful and we don't have any real complaints at all. Our pillows were pretty flat and we would have liked to have had a little more supportive pillows. We weren't given the Wi-Fi code, so we weren't able to use the hotel Wi-Fi which was a little aggravating, not a huge deal though.

We enjoyed our one night immensely. Also had a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Clean room and very comfortable beds. We will stay there again when traveling.

Good value. Great location. Clean place
Pros:

Great place to stay. Awesome indoor pool and a few miles from downtown Asheville.

Cons:

The window unit was kinda loud and rattled. Bathroom fan didn’t work.

Pros:

It was much cleaner than expected (hotels in my opinion are juat dirty in general), but very clean amd didn't feel like I had to take extra precautions for cleanliness. My kids loved the pool and it wad not crowded. The front desk was super nice and breakfast included made my stay easier.

Cons:

Th pool area could have used a little more cleaning. Overall was pretty clean though. Juat somw hair in the pool and somw type of brown film in the hottub.
