Dentro do expectavel
Pros:

Assim que chegamos no aeroporto ligamos para o hotel para solicitar o transfer .Eles foram bem rápidos , a carrinha era bem limpa . o hotel era bom ,quartos limpos , banho bom. Para viagens que necessitem ficar proximo ao aeroporto recomendo !

I ended up at the hotel because I could only return the rental car during business hours, and the hotel is close to both the rental car office and the airport. The receptionist convinced me it was worth going back into Bilbao for the afternoon, and he was right, thanks for the idea! There’s a local bus (A2153)—it’s true that the route is interesting because it passes through lots of small villages—but it takes you all the way to the center of Bilbao in about an hour. It departs from the stop next to the hotel (called Aiartza) around the top of every hour. Or, of course, you can take the bus from the airport to downtown. On the way back I took the airport bus from downtown (A3247) till the airport, than with the A2153, only 1 stop till Ayalde than walk..
My room was surprisingly pleasant, and quiet. Shuttle works both directions to and from airport, which is very convenient. I'm not a breakfast person but they start serving at 4.45 so you can have something before the early flights as well.
