Dicht bij het vliegveld en een prima plek om nog even Bilbao in te gaan. De mogelijkheid om wat te eten in het restaurant van het naastgelegen hotel was ook prettig.

Obwohl im Preis enthalten, hat der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel nicht funktioniert. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war falsch +0034...Aber auch unter der richtigen Nummer 0034... hat niemand abgehoben. Wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Wir haben uns beim Einchecken daher beschwert, die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich, kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Die Angestellten dürften sehr unter Druck stehen. Der Transfer zum Flughafen hat geklappt, zwischen den einzelnen Fahrten musste die Fahrerin im Speisesaal sauber machen.
The location was good. The room was ok size. It was quiet
Didn't know they locked the main entrance at 11:30pm. We were only across the street in the Irish bar and it was all locked. The instructions said use your room card to enter the door next door. Then go in through the hotel next door. The key card DID NOT WORK in the hotel next door. We didn't know what to do. There was no number to call and no back entrance. Luckily someone (another guest) arrived and was able to let us in but this was very stressful.

Close to the airport with shuttle service.
No food or restaurant near by. The one place nearby the food was another hotel with bad food.
