Pros:

El hotel está impecable. El servicio es muy amable y te ayudan en todo.
Te recogen en el aeropuerto y te vuelven a llevar a él. En mi caso llegué en bus desde Donostia ya que tenía el vuelo el siguiente día pronto.
En 10 minutos te recogen y al siguiente día hay unos horarios flexibles para traslado al aeropuerto.
Impecable todo!

シンプルで立地抜群のいいホテル！
Pros:

空港に到着後、電話でホテルに連絡するとシャトルバスで迎えに来てくれました。電話番号の無いesimだったので、少し困りましたがビルバオ空港のインフォメーションで電話を掛けて欲しいとお願いして、ホテルに連絡を入れて貰いました。

スタッフもフレンドリーで、英語が通じるので
不便なく過ごすことができました。

部屋は清潔で乾燥もそこまで感じなかったです。
翌日も空港までシャトルバスで送迎してくれました。
空港から近く、清潔で移動日にぴったりのホテルでした！

Cons:

パジャマは無く、アメニティもシンプルなのでスリッパとパジャマは必須で持参したほうがいいです！

Pros:

Nice clean rooms. Clean hotel. The front desk was pretty chill. Very informative. Looks like a native who cares about his country's reputation. Otherwise, it was ok. The food and drinks prices were affordable

Cons:

Bad location. I don't like thieves or people who come into your rooms snooping through your things. There's a caution that says they are not responsible for items not left in the safety deposit box. That means their employees are always in your room stealing and they have to put that there for liability. That makes them look guilty before the crime. I don't steal. Never have. Never will. I don't touch other people's things at all. Not even out of curiosity. I don't borrow people's things without their knowledge. So I don't understand people like that or why the caution sign is there. The location is horrible because nothing is there. You have to walk back to the airport just to catch the bus. You have to pay for an expensive just to go to Bilboa. The local bus doesn't stop at the hotel on time and the drivers literally don't care about you not understanding the payment system. And they make sure you miss your stop by zooming past. No other transportation methods except a car. It's in the middle of nowhere. No currency exchange at the hotel or the airport. No bathtub. Extremely expensive in USD. And the beds look a little smaller than a Queen sized bed. No smoking rooms. You have to smoke outside. I didn't receive my early check in but it says I did. I actually waited an hour. The bedside lights kept blinking. The card for the door is for the lights as well and it just looked like someone was in my room when I left it a certain way. It was extremely cold in the room.

A very good option if flying from or to Bilbao Airport
