Son demasiado puntuales para que salgas ,te están toque y toque la puerta y hablándote fuerte por que quedan 3 minutos para salir

Pros:

They didn’t have my reservation the only available rooms I had to pay extra they pretended for 40min to check the system they saw I was not willing to pay extra for a mistake on their end so after 1hr like a miracle a room became available at the rate I reserved. It basically ruined my evening wasted over 1hr trying to check in. Service was awful my pillow had red stains, sheets had stains.

Liked that the rooms are ample, clean and have air conditioning.
Don't like: don't have an appropriate front desk. You have to knock on a door to talk to manager for everything and it gets old very quick. None apart from manager are in the building apart from morning cleaning.
Didn't like that you have to depend on the manager to open the garage door and the entrance door at night every time. Gets old quickly.
Manager is not friendlier than a U-haul storage facility.
They were making some maintenance work in lobby during stay
Had to plug the refrigerator cord in the room, it was disconnected.
Sink water pipes made a loud buzzing noise from water from above rooms.
Late checkout is out of the question. Extra towels are out of the question.

Other than that we liked our stay, just want to help improve this place as has great potential to be as good as the USA hotels.
