Pros:

Este hotel foi demolido! Simplesmente chagamos até o local e nos deparamos com o terreno e nada mais. Deviam ter retirado o anúncio para que constrangimentos como o que passamos possam ser evitados. Chegamos cansados de uma viagem de 7 horas e einda tivemos que procurar um outro local para nos alojarmos.

Pros:

Cheguei e o site Expedia não tinha repassado a reserva para o hotel. Então não tinha quarto reservado pra mim. Isso foi bem desagradável. Então, não reservo mais pelo Expedia.

Em relação ao hotel, as pessoas que trabalham são simpáticas e resolveram meu problema. Mas como o hotel está a em reforma, conseguiram um quarto pra mim ainda nao reformado, portanto aquém do que havia reservado.
