Top Unterkunft und trotz Olympia auch gute Preise!
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, freundlicher und einfacher Check-In und Check-Out. Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung für einen Olympia-Besuch war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top und alle Beschreibungen der Website haben gestimmt. Ruhig in der Nacht und in ein paar hundert Metern mitten im Zentrum von Bormio. Perfekt, danke!

Da una struttura nuova, mi aspettavo qualche cosa di più...
Pros:

La struttura è certamente moderna e non eccessivamente distante dal centro città che con qualche sforzo è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi.

Cons:

Sa una struttura così moderna non mi sono piaciuti i seguenti aspetti facilmente risolvibili:
L'asse del WC era stata sostituita con una di una dimensione non adeguata, quindi tutto le volte che si utilizzava la seduta si spostata e dava la sensazione di rompersi e/o cadere a terra.
Il termostato interno della temperatura rilevava male la temperatura dell'appartamento e quindi non faceva partire correttamente i riscaldamenti; ho dovuto avvicinare una componente fredda per permettere di farli partire e quando sono partiti l'appartamento si è scaldato completamente in tutte le stanze. In più restava bloccato su 23°; non era possibile nè aumentare la temperatura nè diminuirla. Ho segnalato il problema alla struttura che prontamente mi ha mandato una persona a verificare, ma constatando che il problema era il termostato e non la caldaia non ha potuto fare nulla. Importante: non è che l'appartamento fosse freddo, ma certamente non c'erano assolutamente i 23° che rilevava il termostato.
Non è presente un ascensore quindi per chi ha appartamento al secondo piano ci sono due scale da fare non comodissime.
