Amazing hotel! I will be a future Hyatt customer
Pros:

This hotel is amazing! The continental breakfast in the morning had good options (waffles, pancakes, bagels for breakfast sandwiches, tortillas for burritos) the eggs were a huge stand out because a lot of hotels offer them but they have an off texture. It was perfect, the coffee had a great taste.
The hotel beds were great! Great space in the hotel room! Swimming pool area was great, I could have used the hot tub a couple of degrees warmer but I like really warm hot tubs. Fitness center had everything you could need. It was a perfect size for a gym on the go! It was next to the swimming pool so you could see out.

Cons:

That coffee wasn’t left out all day! That is really no big deal overall.

Pros:

The helpful guest check in. Arranged for a very quiet corner room for us. Room 403.

Cons:

A pungent smell coming from the shower. Very off putting. But we turned on the hot water with some soap. Sprayed air freshener and was able to mostly kill the smell.

Poor management, poor communication.
Pros:

Good location and breakfast.

Cons:

little to no water pressure during our stay. They did not tell us about the issue until AFTER we checked in. They offered us a 50% discount due to the lack of water...but they never gave us a discount even after 2 months of waiting and claiming they are waiting for some process and then not following up with me!

made it right
Cons:

hotel charged me for room even though I already paid through booking.com. I still have not received a refund. I have now paid double for my stay. won't be staying there or using booking.com again
Edit: Hotel has reached out to me, still waiting for refund (10 days now)before I change review.
they finally refunded. hopefully they don't make this mistake again with anyone else
