Cons:

hotel charged me for room even though I already paid through booking.com. I still have not received a refund. I have now paid double for my stay. won't be staying there or using booking.com again
Edit: Hotel has reached out to me, still waiting for refund (10 days now)before I change review.
they finally refunded. hopefully they don't make this mistake again with anyone else

If not the towels situation - it would be 8/9.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was generally clean, but the towel situation was disappointing. There were three bath towels (a bit odd to have an odd number), and one had yellow stains while another was worn so thin in some spot it was close to having a hole (you can see through this spot...). I mentioned this at checkout, but the only response I received was a simple “sorry.”
Minor thing: In all other hotels I've stayed it was at least complimentary water bottles. There was none here.
