Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We found the mattress a bit hard. We do know most Japanese do like a firm mattress. The hotel we are at now offer a mattress topper. This would be a nice option. That said we will still use this hotel because the staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful.

福知山駅からすぐのきれいなホテル
Pros:

福知山駅からすぐなので利便性が高い。部屋がきれいでベッドも寝心地よい。

Cons:

特にない。チェックインが遅かったためか、機会でのチェックイン、チェックアウトできるので、ホテルのスタッフに会う事はなかった。
