The room is okay but not that clean enough too much dust, insects trashcan not clean and more. Not satysfied

Horrible experience. The aircon, TV, and WiFi weren't working. The bathroom was dirty and the flush was broken. Feels like a scam and a fraud. I don't recommend this place! You will only be wasting your money.
I couldn't sleep at all because it's hot inside and the bed sheets were dirty as well.

Practical place for day trip and other visits in other towns.

This is the worst hotel in Albay area. Room is very dirty. Traffic outside is very noisy combined with walls that talks. The dividers are very thin and you can hear people from the other rooms. Terrible!!! Also, there’s no toilet seat, shower water is barely working, no flush -you have to flush it with a very moldy ladle that you have to touch. The front desk was no help.

We booked for a few days but the minute we enter the room it was a nightmare. We tortured ourself to stay for a night because we couldn’t book any other hotel and we left right in the morning.

Please AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

There were no rooms at rhe hotel. The staff did not have my reservation and the rooms I paid for were not available. This is a dump. The hotel is filthy and broken down. There is no parking and you cannot park on that street. The bathroom wr looked at smelt lile someone deficated on the floor. The water was bearly running. Do not book this hotel. It is not worth the trouble.

None. Very Noisy. Thin plywood partition with small opening between two rooms.

We were shown to our room, and immediately noticed the sheets were dirty. The lady was happy to change them, but upon stripping the bed we unearthed the most repulsive looking mattress I have ever seen. Stains galore!

We were subsequently changed to another room, where the sheets were at least clean. But the room was pretty dirty in general - the floor absolutely filthy.

The internet simply does not work here. Again the receptionist apologised and tried to help by giving us a portable router. But it just wasn’t sufficient - barely any data and kept running out of battery. So don’t expect internet access.

Also the aircon didn’t work and there were ants in the room, but the shower pressure was good and it was cheap. Nevertheless, wouldn’t stay here again

Worst hotel I'd say that I have seen (and stayed) so far :(
I booked 1 night (thanks God only 1 night!). My family (with 2 kids) arrived at the address and cannot find hotel entrance, I was told that it was at the back side, reception is at the first floor looks terrible. Receptionist cannot find my booking and had to show my receipt on my phone's email. She then gave us the key to the 3rd floor. Going up smells awful, worst case the smell at the 3rd floor becoming more unbearable coming from the common comfort room. To mention dirty staircase.
The room was very very dirty, bed was not fixed, no linens and very dusty. Curtain was hang through a scrap tie/wire :(
My son told us he's willing to sleep in the car than in that hotel.
I complained for room to be fixed, we were given another room at the second floor. Smell is not as bad, but bed also dusty. CR not flushing.
This is my first time to write review, which I think right thing to do to give others warning. By the way I paid 2.5k, not so cheap compare to other place to stay in Legazpi.

I stayed here 3 nights. I got a room with no windows, so I can say...the air was not really good. In the bathroom there were bugs, meaning nobody didn't really take a good look at the bathroom, but in overall the room and the bed was clean. The staff is very friendly and they will try to help you as best as they can, although I would like to say that it wouldn't hurt if the hotel could offer some information regarding sights..activities in and around the city. The hotel also offers breakfast directly to your room.
