O quarto reservado era muito similar as fotos exibidas no site, porem éra possível notar claro desgaste e envelhecimento do local. inclusive das placas sinalizadoras com muitos erros de escrita, borrados e caindo aos pedaços. Ao mesmo tempo que tem algumas facilidades, tambem tinha claros pontos de melhoria, como limpeza dos banheiros e manchas nas paredes. Os funcionários não entendem bem ingles, não prestam serviço como transporte de malas, chamar um taxi ou mesmo tirar duvidas. A lavanderia disponivel é boa, mas as maquinas ja estao velhas e a secadora não é muito eficiente. Nas redondezas é possível encontrar lugares para se alimentar e outros hoteis q inclusive parecem mais bem estruturados. Infelizmente o saldo foi mais negativo do que positivo, parece estarem a beira da falencia e entregando apenas o minimo para se manterem

Very decent for the price. I stayed for a week and had no problems what’s so ever. This is a very quiet area though and it’s a little bit of a walk to minami senju station but this didn’t bother me too much. Would stay again!

Great hotel for the price

眠るだけと思うとリーズナブルで良かったです。
ただもう少しシャワー室やトイレを清潔に保っていただけたら、気持ちよく過ごせると思います。
また、乾燥機のゴミも回収してもらえるとありがたいです。

時間外のチェックイン、アウトでしたが、円滑な対応でした。

レイトチェックインでフロント終了後だったのですが、電話で丁寧に説明して頂き、スムーズにチェックインできたので良かったです。ただ、チェックアウトも早く、フロントが開く前だったのですが、鍵の預け場所がわからなくて、お客様に教えてもらいました。そこが、わかりやすかったら、もっと良かったどす。

Ikke særligt rene faciliteter og rum. Væggene var beskidte på værelset, men var mest mærker, og det lignede ikke der var lavet grundig rengøring længe. Der var meget skimmelsvamp i badene og tilhørende rum.
Personalet var venligt, men kunne ikke hjælpe så meget.

Esta anunciado como hotel y es hostal, sucio en general basura en la recepcion, camas oliendo a sucio, alfombra de pasillo apestosa, paredes de la minimini habitación sucias, no había agua para tomar, toallas de mano muy pequeñas para secarse el cuerpo,habitacion para tres personas tan pequeña que apenas podiamos movernos ,mala experiencia no volveria a hospedarme alli y mucho menos lo recomendaria ya que por ese costo hay lugares con mejores instalaciones sobre todo limpios.

It was pretty convenient it was really cheap had everything i needed in there but the soundproof was kinda bad it felt like i was in a room with whole bunch of people but other than the wall being thin i am very satisfied i liked the location so many supermarkets and convenient stores to go nearby and train station and bus stop nearby the staffs were nice it’s a simple place to stay i liked the area it was quiet and suburb but close enough to go to middle of the city as well closest busy area would be asakusa which i love

If you don't mind shared restrooms and showers, it's a perfect, cozy little spot in a cozy, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores while still close to the train station.

布団に髪の毛や汚れがついていました。
壁もあまり綺麗ではなかった。
防音はまあまあでした。部屋にティッシュがなかったのが少し不便でした

Contra - no refund, too small room, stairs very steep and unsafe, no lift, u got to carry your luggage upstairs, shower for male have to go different level, toilet is dirty, laundry is dirty, inconvenient for people who have leg and knee problem, bed are small, mattress and pillow are smelly, business hours are limited, nobody will attend you when you call outside of business hours, confusing location, and long list to go..
Conclusion - I'm not happy and will never come back.
