Pros:

The bed is overall nice and comfy. The toilet is dry and clean. It is not too spacious, but we make do. The location is great; you really don't have to worry about traveling a distance to grab lunch / dinner. There's quite a selection to choose from. A clinic / pharmacy is within walking distance. It is also across KKMart, which is a convenience store. Overall, the paid price is worth it.

Cons:

I kept waking up throughout the night due to noises from the next buildings which are restaurants, etc. I can also hear people talking in the corridor late at night; of course this is not the hotel's fault but the people's with no common sense. There are also stains on one of the walls that look a lot like cum stains. Again, I'm sure the staff did their best to clean it up, but the marks are hardly gone. Lastly, because the hotel is located in a shoplot, there's not many space for you to park if you arrived during peak hours. I suggest getting there in the morning if you want to park near to the hotel.

Good value for money for a short stay
Pros:

Pretty good
Pros:

There are restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs from the accommodation, close to the MRT, and the place is nice and clean

Didn't feel like want to stay again
Cons:

I think the staff were foreign worker, they didn't greet to people and they looked like they don't welcome you at all and they really looked ego.
The room that i stayed did not match with the picture shown while i chose to book.

just an average place with satisfied stay
Pros:

nearby eateries, ample parking, nearby mosque, near a lot of shops, and banks.

Cons:

the a/c when on = cigarette smell = breathing difficulties = sleep with a/c off :(
