With some little improvements it could be easily a 10, but will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Gorgeous gorgeous GORGEOUS room! Well thought through decor, mini fridge for all the little necessities, SEPARATED SHOWER AND TOILET THANK U SO MUCH GOOD LORD! Multiple options for ambient lighting - really appreciated that. Wanna do laundry? Place right in front of the door does it. Coffee? Around the corner. Motorbike rent? 1 minute walk. Divine, if u ask me.

Cons:

The bathtub leaked on the floor when i was in it. A lot. Also stairs werent the best experience but it’s not something that can be easily controlled.

Disappointed that I had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night.
Cons:

When I entered the room, there was an extremely strong bleach/chemical smell. The room was not clean there were cobwebs, dirt, and bugs on the wall and the bathtub was dirty. The air conditioner was also dirty and leaking water, causing a HUGE puddle on the floor.

I informed the hotel about the smell and was told the room would be cleaned the next day, but there was no one available at reception to speak with. Due to the conditions, I could not stay and notified the hotel, but I never received a response.
I recommend reading reviews carefully before booking.

Just okay stay
Pros:

Our room was really cute. The location was great for a short walk to the beach and really close to Sơn Trà area. There are coffee shops, food, laundry service, and scooter rental in the same vicinity.

Cons:

The staff was rarely onsite so be ready to communicate through Whatsapp. The room was also not in the best shape. There were water/mold stains in a few areas, the bath tub faucet want fully functional, the hot water wasn't hot enough for a bath, and our pillows smelled really mildewy. We could've asked for new pillows but it wasn't very convenient so we sucked it up since it was only 3 nights.
