Cons:

朝食の松屋について、料理の提供に20分ほどかかりました。
通常のお客との兼ね合いもあるのでのでしょうがないとは思いますが、朝時間がタイトだったので事前にアナウンスいただきたかったです。

An alright stay in Kobe
Pros:

The reception staff were all friendly. The location is ok - you can walk to the main parts of Kobe but the stations are a little far if you're pulling a suitcase. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

No bottled water provided (there is a water dispenser on each floor, however). Breakfast was provided by Matsuya which gets old fast with few options to choose from. The restaurant was also a bit dirty. The room was also quite cold.
