Pros:

三宮駅からそう遠くなくロケーションがよく､その割にはリーゾナブルだった♪

Cons:

バスルーム入口の段差が意外と大きく､子供や背の低い人､老人などには少し不自由かと思います

朝は気持ちよく旅立てました

朝食のボリュームは満足　清潔感はあった　壁は厚く静かに過ごせた

Cons:

アメニティ（ひげそり）が最初にどこにあるのか、わからなかったが、フロントに聞きに行ったら、横に設置してあった。
枕が、フカフカで、眠れなかった。（個人的には固めが好きなので、どこかにあると助かる）

It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay during our trip and we really enjoyed here.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. It was walking distance from 2 JR stations and a subway so it's easy to access if you're travelling by train. There were also several convenience stores around the area and an attached restaurant in front. Since the hotel is located in the Sannomiya area, you also have access to many shopping streets, department stores, and amenities in and around the stations.

Cons:

The laundry facilities were limited. There were only 2 machines available at the hotel, so we had to wait several hours to have a turn at them when it became busy (usually at night, and during our stay there were many guests).

高コスパの長名称ホテル
Pros:

三宮でこの価格は非常に魅力的
1Fに松屋、近隣並びにローソンが有り利便性が高い
室内もバス・トイレはリニューアルされて居室とも清潔で広さも不満の無い水準

Cons:

猛暑もあり駅からキャリーケース持ちで10分強は負担大
冷蔵庫に製氷室が無く氷・氷菓を保存出来ないのは不便
蛇足だがホテル名が冗長過ぎると感じた

機会があればまた利用したい。
Pros:

三ノ宮からも新神戸からも歩けるアクセスの良さ。
コンパクトだが狭さは感じない部屋。
アメニティはロビーから持っていくが必要なものだけ取るので無駄がない。
部屋のお茶が美味しかったです。
施設も新しい。
価格もリーズナブル。

Cons:

フロントがもう少し広かったらチェックインがもう少しスムーズかと。
