Wasser tropfte von der Decke
Pros:

Leider sind hier zu viele Dinge vorgefallen, die jegliche positive Eindrücke überdecken.

Cons:

Wir kamen an und stellten fest, dass das Hotel an einer sehr stark frequentierten Straße liegt. Der Mehrblick findet über einige Häuser statt. Nach zwei Tagen tropfte von der Decke im Badezimmer Wasser. Es roch sehr nach Schimmel. Darauf reagierte das Hotel. Eine Lösung wurde aber nicht gefunden. Man tat sehr überrascht. Allerding war zu erkennen, dass die Decke schon ein Mal übergestrichen worden war. Uns wurde ein neues Zimmer ohne Meerblick angeboten. Im Zimmer befanden sich drei Betten, wir waren aber mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern unterwegs. Von einem Preisnachlass war auch keine Rede. Wir lehnten das Zimmer somit ab. Als Konsequenz wurde unsere Booking-Buchung mit der Begründung storniert, dass wir nicht angereist seien. Ganz offensichtlich will man mit diesem Vorgehen schlechte Bewertungen vermeiden. Schaut man sich die Bewertungen an, scheint das auch sehr gut zu klappen. Nur über den Kontakt mit Booking.com wurde die Bewertung jetzt freigeschaltet. Als Höhepunkt mussten wir bei der Abreise trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen. Gut für das Hotel: Man spart sich die Vermittlungsgebühr von Booking.com und behält trotzdem den kompletten Betrag. Das ist ein Vorgehen, welches man nicht unterstützen sollte. Es gibt genug Alternativen, die sicherlich ein besseres Urlaubserlebnis liefern können.

Всегда чистый бассейн и наличие чистых полотенец. Каждое утро вкусные сытные завтраки. Есть возможность заказать обед или ужин в ресторане отеля, у нас был очень вкусный ужин!!
Приятные и отзывчивые хозяева отеля, всегда готовы ответить на любые вопросы и помочь! Весь персонал отеля был дружелюбным. Рекомендую это место для семейного отдыха.

Cons:

Нет пандуса для детской коляски.
Не было крючков для полотенец в ванной комнате .

W 100% jesteśmy zadowoleni.
Pros:

To były cudowne dni spędzone w tym hotelu. Personel był niesamowicie pomocny i przyjazny. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Do morza 2 min. Do lokalnego ryneczku (targu) 5 min. Restauracje i sklepy bardzo blisko. Polecam każdemu.

Прекрасный отель, очень отзывчивый, вежливый и внимательный персонал, до моря 3 минуты. Просторный номер со всеми удобствами, особенно порадовало наличие весов в номере, чтобы мы контролировали количество съеденных хачапурь 😂 В 5 минутах ходьбы городской рынок, много магазинов и обменников. Бассейн отдельная тема для восхвалений - большой, чистый, 27 градусов водичка, всегда были свободные шезлонги, даже имеются круги, мячи и большой надувной единорог🥰

To sum up hotel is nice
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty. Pool was nice. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Bathroom was dark there were not enough toilet papers and products for selfcare like mini toothbrush and paste. It was hard to find stuff members reception was empty most of the time. Refrigirator was not cooling at all.

Pros:

Friendly personnel, clean room, convenient bed. Water doesn't leak through the shower cabin door. The hotel is close to the beach.

Cons:

Overall impression: if everything was 5 of 5 it could be an excellent place. Unfortunately, many things were like "3+" or "4-". The walls in the room require renewing. The sink valve is not fixed. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room but there are empty placeholders with no capsules unless you ask about them. Rust spots on the towels. On breakfast, food warmers are not plugged in. No coffee. No way to pay by card either at the reception or in the cafe, as well in the cafe, sometimes there is no cash for exchange.

Very satisfied with the stay. The location is great, the hostess and the staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable with all the needed equipment. The pool is also a great addition.
