Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Es sollte mehr auf die Reinigung Wert gelegt werden. Ein Bein voller Milben/Floh-Bissen ist nicht so grandios.

Very fancy stay for a verg good price!
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, good Service and very friendly staff!
Also, there was a full library of mangas that you could read in your room or in the lobby which i didn’t know before - didn’t use it because i think everything was in japanese, yet it was a cool add on! :D

Cons:

The mattress was a little bit hard and we were using one time the dryer after washing the clothes and i had to use both dryers three times, every time paying again, because they were not cleaning the filter after the last few uses. After the second time i told them because the clothes were still wet, they were cleaning it immediately but they were also not proposing to not make me pay at least the last round, since the first two round didn’t do nothing. So i recommend asking the staff before using the dryer to clean the filters if they haven’t already!

Overall, our stay was wonderful
Pros:

We stayed for 3nights un Quintessa and the experience was wonderful. The room is clean and lovely, the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We did not like the pillows and bed in the room. It is too hard for us.

Nice stay in the heart of Osaka
Pros:

Great localisation and nice staff!

Cons:

The beds very a little bit too hard for my european bones. I had to argue hard to be able to use the stairs (because im claustrophobic and hate elevators)
