Great hotel with amazing restaurant
Pros:

Lovely setting and restaurant

Cons:

Nothing. Car park a bit small but managed to get a space. Have started to look for hotels with Ev chargers so that’s the only downside for me.

very nice, lovely treatments,was advertised on 1 site that it had a Gym but its not there anymore..

You were kind enough to up grade our bedroom as it was my 60th.. very nice 🤗 Thank you..

Cons:

Was advised to have the breakfast as we were booked for a Spa treatment with brunch that we were to have at 2.30pm so we went for the breakfast at a cost of £20 each, bit pricy, but what was not really acceptable was that the brunch was the same as the breakfast, if known we would not have spent £20 each on a breakfast that was the same as our brunch..

Lovely break away I just think the outdoor facilities should be included in the price

Comfortable stay in South Wales
Pros:

Location was perfect for exploring South Wales, the Hotel was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Outdoor leisure facilities could have been included in the room price to help us enjoy facilities when it was busy.

Generous room, excellent restaurant
Pros:

We booked the basic classic room, so we were surprised at how spacious it was. Massive bed, plenty of wardrobe hanging space, generous en-suite shower room. Nice terrace to have drinks in the sunshine, though the bar was good too and not overly expensive. We had family join us at the Blok restaurant and we were all very impressed.

Perfect staycation
Pros:

We went for my boyfriends birthday and it was everything I could imagine the staff were great and helpful and the place was so clean we even got a complimentary upgrade for our room we will definitely be returning

Fantastic!
Pros:

This was a gift from my husband for my 30th birthday and it was the best night, the venue is stunning, we got an upgrade which was amazing and much appreciated, dinner in the BLOK restaurant was the best steak I have ever had in my life and it was just enjoyable from the moment we got there! The pool being open till 10pm was also amazing as we had an evening swim and it was just so relaxing and I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the room was a bit warm at night but plenty of fans in the room which was great!
