Brilliant, will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We attended a wedding there & the food was delicious. Beautiful rooms & lovely relaxing bar area etc. Did'nt use the spa but it looked lovely.

A nice overnight 'get away' but they need to look at their pricing strategy
Pros:

Staff were friendly an helpful; food in BLOK restaurant was delicious

Cons:

Room was described as a 'deluxe suite' and room rate reflected that, however the ensuite was tiny and no seating area which I would expect from a deluxe suite. Charging £25 pp for use of outside pool.

Pros:

Really beautiful place

Cons:

-spar didn’t open between 10-6 so had to plan whole day around this

Staff were rude in the bar, one guy actually overcharged me and instead of apologising told me Oi wait u paid to much, then the bar staff and the spar staff kept disagreeing and arguing as well as they would then stand therein the bar slagging other staff off all in all nice place but how the service conducted themselves was unacceptable

Cons:

Location - houses all around, not what I expected
Facilities not what I expected. Fitness - I expect a gym. Spa treatment good, pool not deep enough to swim
Bar food 1st night awful - put us off eating in the restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday when it was open (closed Monday and Tuesday evening). We just had chips and sandwiches rest of week do we didn't waste our money

Perfect stay at lanelay hall
Pros:

Everything at this hotel is 2nd to none. The building the deco the staff and the spa were all exceptional. Breakfast was also very good . Loved every minute of our stay. Will be going back.
