Pros:

Loved the boutique hotel feel. We have a Therapy dog and my partner has some health conditions, which is why we were kindly upgraded. The room was lovely, bright stylish and clean. Really liked the small salty water pool and sauna, very relaxing.. Makes a change to a chlorinated pool. A beautiful oasis just outside of Cardiff.

Cons:

Loved the breakfast, which was worth every penny. As I don't eat red meat the lunch menu was very limited for me. Partner enjoyed the beef thou.

Bardzo dobrze wspominamy tam pobyt.
Pros:

Pyszne dania, kolacja na 5 gwiazdek. Czysto. Dużo dodatków typu ciasteczka, kawa, herbata, płyny do mycia ciała.

Cons:

Great experience
Pros:

Hotel was lovely , staff were fantastic. Food was lovely. Great experience. They looked after us really well. Would recommend it for sure.

Cons:

Wife said the bed was a bit hard , breakfast was a bit expensive, so we didn't have it . Indoor pool could do with a few more sunbeds.

Pros:

Lovely room, spa area and vitality pool were also very good.

Cons:

We ate at the Blok restaurant for Sunday dinner. A bone was left in the rib starter, gravy in main was also too salty. There was also no where to get food for the evening. Only Sunday dinner option!

Pros:

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Also the food was good in the Blok restaurant. And breakfast was lovely within the garden setting.

Cons:

The spa facilities were poor and expensive. Residents have limited times which I was very disappointed about as was looking forward to relaxing but we had to wait until 5pm. Which then left us with not much time to enjoy as we had dinner booked. Having paid for a room you would expect you can use all spa facilities at any time. Not an additional £25 per person to use a jacuzzi outdoors and for a limited time. Seating is poor as mostly bean bags on the floor. With a disability this is not good enough. The changing rooms have no private changing facilities.
The rooms are not the best in terms of noise. You can hear everything from above rooms. Creaky floors and loud tvs.

Hidden costs. Don’t stay unless you are prepared for this
Pros:

Breakfast was great but was not included in the price which I thought it was. Had to pay £40 extra

I was also looking forward to using the outdoor jacuzzi. However this was only open for an hour and was an extra £25 each!

I wouldn’t stay again due to all the unforeseen costs

The bed was comfy and I loved the spa robe and slippers in our room

The bathroom was huge!

Cons:

Extra costs. Was told I would get champagne and cake for another extra cost £20 (it was my 40th) but this was only some balloons and a tiny desert in the end.

Cleaner was very grumpy

No door on the bathroom
