Fantastic!
Pros:

This was a gift from my husband for my 30th birthday and it was the best night, the venue is stunning, we got an upgrade which was amazing and much appreciated, dinner in the BLOK restaurant was the best steak I have ever had in my life and it was just enjoyable from the moment we got there! The pool being open till 10pm was also amazing as we had an evening swim and it was just so relaxing and I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the room was a bit warm at night but plenty of fans in the room which was great!

Perfect!
Pros:

We were upgraded on arrival, having stayed before, this was a lovely surprise and made Rhys’ birthday even more special. We had a suite which was perfect. Birthday complementaries available. Room was spacious, beautiful and so clean! Bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our second stay and would definitely return!

We had a fabulous time over the three days and would come back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional
We had dinner on Sunday at Block and that was also exceptional
Staff- all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to supporting us to play monopoly in the seated area near to breakfast room and checking in regularly to bring drinks, share jokes, ask who was winning. It really made us feel welcome and added to our enjoyment.

Cons:

Didn't like that there was an additional fee to use the hot tub outside of spa treatment hours. Felt it was overpriced and considering price paid for the whole stay was not worth paying for that additionally.

Really nice but free access to the jacuzzi would be good as other spas do.

Pros:

Place is lovely,got to pay extra for breakfast,extra for outside pool, inside pool was freezing,sad really find places has gone down, when really,for the price, breakfast outside pool and everything else should be free in price, will not stay again very sorry but is a nice place,feel ripped off

Pros:

Everything, hotel was beautiful, staff were super helpful and friendly, food was delicious and we had a complimentary upgrade to our room for my wife's birthday. Overall one of the best hotel stays and we'll be back.

Perfect, fabulous hotel, staff and food.
Pros:

Booked hotel for mums birthday, they could not rate the hotel more highly! Said it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in, the hotel , staff and food was amazing!!! Room got upgraded for special birthday! Would highly recommend. Thank you

Fantastic hotel, beautiful spa, amazing breakfast
Pros:

Fantastic stay, hotel was lovely, room very clean, facilities excellent, breakfast was gorgeous, a little tricky to find despite the big sign!! Its easy to miss, but not an issue. Just pay attention to the sign on the roundabout. Fantastic stay would definitely go back

Good stay but would have preferred a different room
Pros:

Lovely staff. Facilities were great. Burger was great.

Cons:

I was put in clock tower 1 room and it was incredibly noisy. You could hear people banging doors, people talking, people walking on the squeaky floor upstairs. So I didn’t get a good nights sleep. This room was also the accessibility room which I did not book. Luckily I was only hear for work because if I had come with my partner I would have been disappointed as the accessibility room/bathroom was very clinical.
I would come back but would stay in a different room.
Breakfast was disappointing, the scrambled eggs were so white and watery.

Remind your staff, not everyone who has money want to show it off, some of us little to be grounded.
Pros:

Room was beautiful, lovely pool , hotel was just stunning.
Beautiful little congratulations card and gift on arrival, lovely touch.

Cons:

Please never allow your staff to presum another person's financial status.

A older gentleman before us was suited , he was spoken to very differently to us , we booked a table for dinner to be told, make sure you have funds available to pay, now this automatically make us cancel our booking, we had both come from work and I had a jumper and leggings, my husband had a tracksuit, due to wanting to make the most of our stay and not go home to change, to then basically be told we are to poor to eat at the restaurant.
You failed to see our brand new top of the range car outside or you cpuldnt possibly see we live in a very high end home, you judged us on my husbands 600 clothing range where the man before us has a shirt and trousers which could of been bought in any retail outlet.

I appreciate it's a nice hotel , however apon booking it does not state we had to dress to impress, remember c.e.o of a company rarely wear a suit unless attending corporate meetings , people under us wear suits , do not judge a person on what they wear, not everyone wants to flash their wealth, and then to belittled is not something we paid for.
It's a beautiful local hotel, which we intend to use again, however we've also stayed at 5* exceptionally high end hotels throughout the world, and have never been made to feel as little as we did on Saturday.

Also toilet handle was broken, and the milk has been used before we got to our room.and placed upside , so we had to go downstairs to get replacements.
