Hôtel bien placé dans Ginza. Un membre du personnel parlait français, c était bien pratique!!mais tout le personnel est réactif et aidant.

Cons:

L enregistrement sur les bornes automatiques...finalement nous avions casiment tous besoin d être aidé par le personnel. Les robots sont chouettes mais l humain est indispensable!! Du coup l employé seul le jour de mon arrivée était débordée par les demandes...

Good, comfortable location but disappointing food options

Fairly good location, quiet rooms, cloth refresher is a good addition to the room.

Cons:

Nothing works while roomcard is
not inserted to the slot, not even the fridge or the AC. Always on fridge should be a must especially when the breakfast option is basically non existent. Some cereals plus one kind of main dish with a few pastries...

Heerlijk centraal verblijf in Ginza
Pros:

Heel grappig concept met robots, maar dat stelde niet veel voor, maar alsnog vriendelijk personeel en heel centraal gelegen in Ginza.
Fijne kamer met oa broekvouwmachine, ontbijt was ok en savonds kon je zelf cocktail maken in de lobby. Mogelijk om je koffer te stallen in kluisje.

Weinig keuze bij het ontbijt.

銀座に出るに便利です
Pros:

先に荷物だけ預けて行こうと思って行ってみたら無人ボックスが全部埋まっていたので、直通電話をしたらスタッフさんが出てきてくれて荷物を預かってくれた

Achei super interessante a experiência de não ter recepcionista humano. Foi super simples e rápido o check-in e o check-out. Tinha um aparelho para tirar o cheiro das roupas que achei muito legal também.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem pequenos. Mal conseguimos abrir as malas. Tivemos que usar as camas.
