Comfortable short stay
Pros:

Decent room size and not cramped bathroom. Easy to contact staff when stuck. Coin laundry on premises was handy.

Cons:

There is no concierge, checking in and out is completely automated, which worked fine. It is easy to call staff for help, but the help you get depends on who comes out, and whether they understand your needs. Aircon was very loud in our room, and it was needed as it was hot and humid outside despite it being second half of October. Very poor food selection for breakfast, no fresh vegetables.

Pros:

Hotel limpio, desayuno rico, no es muy amplio pero te apaña la mañana perfectamente y está rico. El personal bien y aunque al llegar te encuentras en al recepción los robots es verdad que es muy fácil hacer el check in.

Cons:

La habitación pequeñita, aunque es lo habitual en Tokio y con mucho calor. El hotel está bien ubicado en ginza aunque sí que hay poco restaurante/comercio que abra hasta tarde por la zona entonces en seguida está un poco apagado todo, pero es una zona tranquila y cómoda.
