Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
-Guests must show complete vaccination certificate (14 days after second dose) when entering Hotel.

Deluxe room is very recommended
Pros:

Have read the bad reviews, however I did not experience any of it in the DELUXE ROOM.

Pros:
- very clean, spotless
- comfortable bed
- the room has all that is needed
- breakfast was ok
- very nice staff, everybody
- no visible mold in my room
- very modern hotel

- noise from outside because of other buildings AC (with earplug it was OK)

overall hotel ni sangat best, kalau datang melaka lagi akan stay sini lagi.

A good hotel and great staff. The place did seem a little higher priced than would be expected.
Pros:

Generally good. Staff were very courteous , and approachable. The facilities were good, clean and comfortable .

Cons:

I do not have anything really that I did not like.
