Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
-Guests must show complete vaccination certificate (14 days after second dose) when entering Hotel.
-Adults that have completed vaccination are allowed to bring kids age of 17 years & below.

A very good centrally located hotel that offers good value for money.
Pros:

A clean and very good centrally located value for money hotel. It is within a manageable stroll to JBCC and the transport interchange.
Dont expect it to be a 5 star hotel but neither is the price. The staff (Mr Bryan) and one other young chap were very pleasant and obilging. They even went out of their way to assist this 70 year old with some technology issues I encountered.
The rooms sound proofing is better than most other similiarly priced hotels I encountered in Malaysia. Also there during my stay I did not encounter any inconsiderate, noisy or door slammimg guests.

Lovely comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and room, great shower, nice facilities and very friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Check that the door closes properly after you - we nearly walked away with the door half open as it snagged on something instead of closing
