Норм
Pros:

Приветливый персонал, в целом чистый номер для центра Стамбула. Выделили дополнительное одеяло по нашей просьбе, есть ежедневная уборка номеров. Расположение отличное для тех, кто едет в первый раз, не особо шумно, тк рядом одно кафе.

Cons:

Душ протекал, но это база в Стамбуле. В кране для умывания была только холодная вода((

Pros:

Είναι από τα καταλύματα που επιλέγω συχνά όταν πηγαίνω στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. Σε κεντρικό σημείο που εξυπηρετεί τα πάντα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευάερο. Το προσωπικό πάντα με χαμόγελο να μας εξυπηρετήσει.

The hotel is located in a nice area very poor facilities polite but unprofessional staff
Pros:

Location is convenient for istiklal street access, only few steps away, the reception young guy was cooperative

Cons:

When i arrived the heating system was broken and the temperature was 1 degree and i couldn’t sleep all night from cold.
Second the electricity was cut at third day of my stay for almost 6 hours and the hotel has no generator i was stocked in my room till its back as the elevator was off too. My room was on the 4th floor and its too dark to go on the stairs,
Third when i asked for a late check out for 2 hours the nice young receptionist checked first if there is any coming check in at the same room ( iam using the exact same words he said) then he told me clearly there is no problem since there is no coming check in at your room . So i booked a car to the airport at 2.30 pm when i cone back at night i was shocked when the other guy informed me that he was told by the manager that it is not possible and i have to leave at 12 pm meaning that i will stay for two hours in the street . They should tell me at the beginning i would understand but saying yes then no is totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Ήταν εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό ιδίως ο Mahmoud!

Cons:

Ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο και μύριζε η αποχέτευση! Όμως η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρετικότητα του προσωπικού, κάλυψαν τα αρνητικά του δωματίου.

Pe toată durata sejurului a fost foarte frig, camera nu era încălzită, nu funcționa aerul condiționat.
Am semnat asta către personal și au specificat ca ne pot ajuta doar cu o extra pătură.
Am părăsit locația cu 2 zile mai devreme, frigul a fost insuportabil.
