Pros:

An absolute pleasure being at the hotel. Being an avid traveller this hotel outshines most that I've been to world wide. What made it exceptional was the staff. From the front desk, restaurant, cleaners.... All were most courteous, respectful, helpful and pleasant at all times.

Not good pool if you like sunshine
Pros:

Staff very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Complete shady pool for entire day. A bit far from main shops and beach with shuttle not regular enough to accommodate distance.

Pros:

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly always there when needed the food was great. The pool was amazing. The cocktails was delicious. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel surroundings was absolutely stunning. The location wasn’t that good looking but once you’re in the hotel, it was beautiful.

Surtout le personnel depuis l'accueil jusqu'au personnes chargées des service de chambre. Je remercie particulièrement Riska, Elly, AYDA, Sanji

Cons:

J'ai dû payer pour changer deux les lits jumeaux proposés par un grand lit, le petit déjeuner pas très inspiré et la qualité des jus est à revoir surtout qu'on est dans un pays tropical réputé par la variété de ces fruits.

We had a lovely week at this hotel but that was down to the cleanliness and the staff and people who we met
Pros:

The property was spotlessly clean every inch of it , the staff were beautiful and attentive , breakfast was more than enough choices for everyone

Cons:

The location lets this property down and the pool gets no sunshine at all, the rooms have small balconies but no chairs to sit on
