Lovely staff! Very good at the their job. Comfortable room. Nice pool. I didn’t have the breakfast but he buffet looked good :) I liked the location. Quiet but enough around. Cheap spa next door, and cafe and laundry. Great priced hotel aswell!

Fairfield merriott was one of the better merriott bonvoy hotel we have stay at. Our room was kept very clean,and breckfast was small but the food was fresh and it had a good variety. location was 6min walk to main lj Legian road and main shopping and bar area, another 6min walk to the beach. If you dont like to walk there is a shuttle bus twice dailyto the double six beach. staff 10/10. Over all a wonderfull stay. Will stay there again.
Staff were absolutely amazing
Bathroom smelt so bad, did put a complaint in and they did get someone in to have a look and they said that it was fine and couldn’t find the smell

We stayed in poolside rooms, which have great access. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great selection

It was for my birthday (holiday) visit to Bali and my first time out of the USA! Everyone made it so special and fantastic! from the engineers (flys were in my room when I checked in and AC wasn't seeming to work) but they checked that, front desk asked about it day after and EVEN housekeeping checked when they cleaned my room. WOW!! and then getting cute animals made out of the towels, that was just amazing!!
Shout out thanks to Eka, Aditya and Fani for going above and beyond for my holiday vacation. I wish I had everyones names but literally everyone I spoke with was over the top when it came to customer service, I will DEFINITELY be back to this hotel when I visit Bali again.
It was an absolutely amazing experience at Fairfield Legian. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of the hotel.
Our suite room was amazing and spacious. The staff were so humble and did every bit to give us the best of experience.
The hotel is situated in Kuta and is quite close to airport which is approximately 30mins away.
The breakfast spread was good but, better if you try Continental or Indonesian as Indian dishes are little less on Indian taste however. they have given all thier efforts to make it better.
The staff, Frida, Pipin, Bastian, Nandita, Riska, Sylvia, Angel, Sous Chef Indra and all the other staffs including the house keeping staff were really amazing and helpful.
I would like to thank Director of Operations Mr. Sam who spent sometime with us during our breakfast to hear our suggestions and I hope, he gets the opportunity to get the same implemented.
I do recommend other traveller's who visit Bali and plan thier stay in Kuta to experience hospitality of Fairfield by Marriott Legian Bali ❤️❤️❤️
