Fabulous Location and Decor but Zero Complaints Resolution
Pros:

The location, decor and coffee are excellent.

Cons:

There were unauthorised transactions on my credit card. I was billed in the currency that was most preferential to the hotel but not in accordance with our contract. The hotel ruined my T shirt and short changed me regarding the compensation. Six weeks later, none of the issues have been resolved. It is disappointing that the General Manager has not reached out to us instead of the following anodyne response.
