Excellent facility, cleanliness, food and beverages and especially very service oriented staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection and excellent service by staff.
Staff throughout the hotel were excellent and always there to help. The Quality Manager, Ian is very hardworking and always making sure that we had an excellent stay and service.

Cons:

The only area that can improve is the check-out process. Many hotels provide a pre-checkout detailed bill either in paper or email/text. That helps much and when you go to the desk it is a very fast check-out. Of course if there are any questions or issues that can be taken care of early on rather than when you are rushing to leave.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with clean lines, great lighting, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Warm Hospitality and Great Gluten-Free Options
Pros:

I was very satisfied with the hospitality and warm welcome at the Hyatt hotel in Guatemala. I would especially like to highlight the waiter, Luis OJOT who took excellent care of us in the restaurant. He is very kind, attentive, friendly, and a truly outstanding professional. His service made our experience even more enjoyable. We are very pleased with the hotel’s service and would definitely recommend it. As someone with celiac disease, I do not eat gluten, and I was happy to see that they offer plenty of options for guests with dietary restrictions and food intolerances.

Great property and convenient location
Pros:

Great property with many dining options surrounding the hotel. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Oakland Park Mall. Will definitely be on the list ofnplaces to stay when we return. About 15 minutes from thr airport.

A Must Stay Hotel
