Pros:

The location was ideal for all our travel needs.

Cons:

Disappointing experience. The biggest issue was not just the parking charges, but the lack of consistency and fairness. Guests are clearly not treated equally — policies seem to change depending on who you speak to, and reasonable concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of focusing on guest experience, the staff appeared more concerned with minimizing refunds than resolving the actual problem. Unfortunately, this left us feeling undervalued and unheard. I would not stay here again based on how issues were handled.

Overall, the stay was good after management corrected some issues for me.
Pros:

The front desk staff is very attentive and displayed great customer service throughout my entire stay.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the location was right in the center of everything. It was far too noisy at night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Just to clarify, the noise wasn’t coming from other guests, but from people outside walking up and down the street throughout the night. I also didn’t like the fact that the property doesn’t have a pool.

Basically I was robbed by kipton hotel. I didn't even stay due to their double booking & no refund

Cons:

Ridiculous and absurd that because didn't check in on the first day I had booked, that they gave my room away and didn't have a room available for me for the rest of my stay of which I paid in full and no refund. When they couldn't even provide.

The parking in Tryon 300 Tower was convenient given that valet parkign was jammed beyond capacity when we arrived at 2:15 pm on a Friday. But the exit parking gates were nearly impossible to use. We had to contact the attendant by intercom in order to pay with instructions that were not posted on the machine.

The staff make your experience extraordinary
Pros:

Our stay at the Kimpton was pretty incredible. Every person from the moment we checked in was attentive, friendly, and ready to be of service. Kala welcomed us with such incredible energy, we felt like we were friends! The valet staff Dra, Shawn, & Kaylin were always so happy, friendly, willing to hold conversations and just be good humans. Never did they let me open my own door, lift a bag, truly exceptional. The housekeeper was so sweet and kind. Every request was handled immediately and with pleasure. We love that they allowed our pups with no concerns or questions asked. The only one negative experience we had was when we ordered room service from Amelia’s. My husband stated it was the worst steak he had ever had. He requested medium and it came well done charred. The pasta and fried artichokes were very salty. Other than the in dinning experience , the staff here truly make the difference in our stay. Thank you!

Good place to stay if you are going to Bank of America Stadium.
Pros:

Rooftop bar and location are the best things about this property. Service at Angeline's was very good. The entire staff was nice, but service overall was below average except for Angeline's an at the rooftop bar.

Cons:

TV remote in suite didn't work. No QR code in room for dining. Called and they didn't bring it to the room. Only a very cursory cleaning of the room. It's also very noisy. In room dining is average.
