Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott London

The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The room and bathroom were clean. Bathtub floor had a nice grainy texture that reduces slips in the shower. The only thing I didn't care for was the very strong scent of room deodorizer (coconut oil) that was present in the room. Strong enough to bring on a headache. Possibly sprayed so heavy to cover up something from the previous occupant. Overall a good stay but a little over priced in my opinion.

Hotel is very clean, but starting to show signs of neglect. Staff gets annoyed if you make a request. At the time of the reservation, I requested the rooms as close as possible. The person that checked us in huffed and barked that they were full and this was how it was going to be. I asked if we could change one of the room types to get closer together and he refused to even look. TVs are flaky - it was an ordeal that involved pulling the plug out of the back of the TV and waiting on it to load again. Power went completely out in one of our rooms, tried to call the front neck, no answer - went down, felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. They did reset the breaker but never followed up or checked on us. The breakfast staff started rushing people out, walking around and loudly telling guests they were shutting breakfast down and we needed to get what we wanted. Overall not the experience we’ve had with this hotel in the past.

Clean room, friendly staff

Great stay again. We always stay here when in London. We were in a first floor room and had ants all around the a/c. Didn’t bother us too much just had to bring it to their attention.

We could feel and hear next room a/c. Our room a/c was noisy. Breakfast was below normal for 3 star hotel

Clean and comfortable!

My husband & I had a 1 night stay in June,2025. We were traveling with our daughter and grandsons (had 2 rooms). This is a really nice Fairfield Inn & Suites. The rooms are great. The bathroom was spacious and they are generous with clothing hooks (thanks!). The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and Housekeeping is definitely doing a great job. The breakfast area is large and well kept. The food was good (potatoes, scrambled eggs, spinach quiche and sausage links. There was a variety of cereal, fruit, and a good selection of packaged bakery items. My daughter was disappointed at the lack of a waffle maker. The attendant made sure the area was spotless, and everything refilled again as needed, I appreciate that they had a covered sitting area across from the entrance. There is an elevator and a good supply of luggage carts. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area.

Hotel located very conveniently off of I-75 in London, KY. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Numerous fast food and a very good selection of sit down restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and extras. Overall a very nice place.

Great location with several restaurants around. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Hotel is very clean and brand new. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very clean hotel, great breakfast, great service.
The big negative is the shower water flow is less than you get at the lavatory.
Less water flow and it takes twice as long to take a shower. After a long day on the road I look for a great shower with lots of water.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Area felt safe.

Our room was spotless, with a great shower and a comfy bed. The shower was nice too. Every employee we saw smiled and greeted us. Breakfast was great, with bacon and eggs and a nice selection of fruit. Free cookies are available in the lobby. We would return.

Easy access to interstate. Clean room with new carpeting and updated bathroom. Very friendly staff. Nice variety of warm and cold breakfast items. Comfy bed. Would stay again!
