The Yurbban Passage offers an appealing combination of comfort, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location in a lively, walkable neighborhood somewhat away from tourist hordes, with many restaurants to choose from and accessible public transit. Chilly weather kept us from taking advantage of the rooftop pool, but we enjoyed the panoramic view of the city from the roof, especially at sunset.
Gym was clean and well-equipped. Lobby was small but stylish and comfortable. Room was clean.
This a fantastic hotel that is located close to all of the major downtown attractions. This staff was very courteous and accommodating. The hotel has a "Wine and Cheese" hour from 6:30P t0 7:30P that was wonderfully relaxing..

Very good location
I selected this hotel because of its location. Other than that, there was nothing exceptional at all about the hotel. When we arrived, there was a visible stain mark that closely resembled dried sperm on our blanket. We called the front desk and the room service removed the blanket (with a smile) and never brought back a replacement. After spending the night freezing, we requested the front desk send up a replacement blanket – and nothing happened. On the third day we again requested a blanked (after another cold night) and still nothing.
Finally, I spoke with the “manager” who really is not empowered to do anything at all. She said the hotel does not have any spare blankets and the proceeded to question me how I knew it was sperm of the original blanket. I advised her that as a 61 year old male, I know what dried sperm looks like. Perhaps the 20 year old that they employ there does not. Moving on, after several more calls and threats a blanket (or perhaps it was a set of folded curtains) did arrive at the room.
The hotel also what appears to be a beautiful spa for their guests to enjoy. What potential guest should know, however, is that the spa is limited to only 30 minutes per stay (not per night) and you must first make an appointment to use it. Once you arrive, prepare for a chilly adventure because they do not heat the spa water to any reasonable temperature. As an avid swimmer I would estimate that the spa temperature was 78 degrees Fahrenheit which is PERFECT for lap swimming, but given the pool length of about 10 feet, not exactly appropriate. It was clear the hotel was not interested in heating the spa water for their guest – perhaps a cost saving measure? If you want a hot spa, go to another hotel.
Finally, the hotel bragged about their complimentary wine and cheese gathering for guests. Now, on our floor I counted 17 rooms, and the hotel had 4 floors. Assuming 1.5 guests on average per room, that makes for about 102 guests (I assume the hot
I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel itself was very small, and although I had high hopes, my experience was extremely disappointing. On the second day, after specifically instructing staff not to enter our room, the cleaner stole €50 from my friend’s purse. When we raised the issue, the staff were not supportive or helpful at all. Very disappointing overall.

I chose Yurbban for it’s location and amenities, and I will gladly return for those and then some. Truly, what hotel comes with a yoga mat in your room? The one that revolves around your wellbeing!
This hotel has such a positive vibe, from the scents upon entering, the lighting, the natural materials and functionality in the interior design, to the staff, who are attentive and charming. The quality of service and breakfast was great, my room was super clean with a huge and really comfortable bed, spatious shower and consistently great turndown for six days. Slippers, bathrobe and… yes, the mat were a given.
This was a perfect outing to recharge and venture out to all major sightseeing locations. The main Gaudi houses, Parc de La Ciutadela, el Born and Gothic quarters are easily within reach on foot, and you can retire to the calmness or chill on the rooftop terrasse conveniently. The hotel has a small underground Spa (complete with sauna) that you can book for free, and I also indulged in a superb massage ritual.
