Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield

We found the hotel to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant food was surprisingly good. However, we picked this hotel because the information online about the hotel says that it has a hot tub in addition to the pool, which was a disappointment. This information needs to be corrected.

Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for breakfast.

Advertise a pool and spa, we booked based on these features and drove extra miles for these features. We checked in and found a very small pool and no spa!! We would of stayed somewhere that had the above features, (we are not happy) Also we ordered food from the restaurant and waited a half hour after ordering to be told the cook was late and had not arrived yet. I've traveled for 25 years and never had such a bad experience!!

Nice quiet hotel. A bit of a roundabout path to get to it at the back of an office park, but excellent staff and convenient location with a large open comfortable room.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the young lady at the bar was very friendly as well the morning we checked out

It was ok. The staff was alright. Gave me a dirty look with a small noise complaint about my girlfriends kid. It was my girlfriends 29th birthday. Paid about 300$ for the room and my girlfriend wasn’t appreciative of it and broke up with me cause i (ruined her birthday). Didnt get any attention or barely a thanks and i treated her to a hotel and dinner and had her sister and kid over. Life isnt great but the hotel was ok

Excellent hotel. Clean and felt upscale.. comfortable beds.. No fresh coffee though in evening.. no tea bags in the room.. nothing is walking from this location.. mall is near by but you need to drive..

I had a truly unacceptable experience at this hotel, which forced me to cancel my stay and leave early. The overall conditions were deplorable. The bed was infested with bed bugs, mold was present, and the air filters were extremely dirty. The towels provided were so rough they felt more like sandpaper than linens.

The bathrooms were in horrible condition, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the rooms and hallways, making the environment unbearable.

Because of these issues, I could not continue my stay and had no choice but to check out immediately.

Best hotel. Very clean. Only got to stay here 4 hours because I had a very late checkout from driving all day and had plans early morning. Wish I could have stayed here longer

The whole building smells old, dusty and moldy except the lobby area. You smell the awkward smell as soon as you enter the room. The worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality from check-in to departure. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered a restful atmosphere. Dining services were excellent, with attentive service. Overall, the hotel provides a standard of comfort and care that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it.

The elevators smelt as well my room like stale smoke, the staff seemed to be having disagreements daily, and they over charged me. It was a pricey stay for a poor experience. Not the Marriot standard I’m used to. Stay somewhere else.

Staff had excellent customer service

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and our stay was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

It was very disappointing to be in a room when the bathroom was not cared for. It showed signs in the shower area of neglect and hair was found in both the shower and in the sheets on the bed. This was not the Courtyard I previously stayed in the past.
