Pros:

The staff members: Joseph, Amber, Mohammed and Linda were extremely attentive, polite, professional and helpful. All of them really made my stay and I would gladly stay at this accommodation in part because of them. I really appreciate their attention to detail and kindness. It was my first time in the US and I will remember how they made me feel forever. They helped me with anything I wanted or needed. Thank you all so much!
Also the hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were polite.
Good gym.

Cons:

The chicken burger served at the restaurant was really poor, I had to send it back, sorry!
The sound insulation in the rooms was also not so good.

. Me gustó mucho el hotel (las instalaciones) pero el personal del servicio al cliente tiene un pésimo pésimo pésimo servicio excepto, Amir y una joven latina que tienen aveces. Los demás tratan la gente como animales y da mucha pena por que el lugar vale mucho la pena , tenía un arreglo que me regalaron y le sacaron más de la mitad de las rosas que tenía el arreglo y luego me tocó ver mis rosas en un carrito de limpieza que la tenían de adorno sin por lo menos pedírmelas a mi y se las hubiera regalado . Es vergüenza por que se supone que entran a limpiar no a tomar las cosas ( pides limpieza y las hacen un día después) mis lentes se quedaron en la recepción donde está su computadora y también desaparecieron mis lentes , ( lentes Gucci ) que raro que no aparecieron pero tampoco hicieron un intento por ver que pasó. Te hacen cargos a tu tarjeta que luego ellos no saben explicar que pasó ni por qué te cobraron el dinero . Ven a este hotel por primera vez y es un lugar bonito pero con pésimo servicio. Si eres latino y vienes a este lugar piénsalo bien por que es posible que te traten diferente a los demás solo por que si .

The whole stay was good
Pros:

The staffs were very polite and helpful. The hotel is quiet and its in a ok location. The mall is on the opposite side of the road but you will have to take an uber to get over there which cost roughly $10.00. Loads of food shop and loads of store for shopping spree.

Cons:

The flooring on the carpet it needs changing as soon as you open the door you can smell it. The chairs are also fabric and they need cleaning or best to change them to leathers. The breakfast cost $12 for a meal, I think we could benefit from buffet breakfast.

Good place for a quick stay, better if you can expense it
Pros:

Room was nice, whole thing was very convenient

Cons:

Booked online and when I checked in the price went up a bit then when I checked out it went up more. Don't really understand how/why

We would avoid this hotel in future visits to the area.
Pros:

The only available food was at your own expense and not cheap. A coffee and a bagel was 10 bucks.

Cons:

There was no maid service for our room - no towel service nor bed service.

Stayed for 2 nights with my son while he was working. The room was clean, staff pleasant.
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was friendly

Cons:

No breakfast option. Small pool and the amenities were simply subpar. Extremely expensive for minimal stuff

Pros:

The hotel and the staff was very nice, but were unable to control the noise that went on TWO NIGHTS outs of the three that i stayed.

Cons:

The staff did not control the amount of noise coming from the hallways and above. Their were kids running up and down the hall. I did not sleep more than 3 hours on Friday night and less than that on Saturday. The amount of yelling, running, and people yelling were so loud and did not stop either night until after 2:00 a.m.!

It was exactly what we needed.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. My husband and I got away for a night because we have a newborn at home and we're TIRED! we loved that there was a bar- we enjoyed a few drinks, ordered some food and slept so well.

Cons:

Only issue was our TV remote wasnt working well. The OK button didn't work but honestly, it was ok. We watched a movie on our phone and fell asleep.

Hotel was very nice and the front desk staff went above and beyond.
Pros:

Nice clean lobby..very well lit and nicely set up.
Good was really nice…bathroom a little dirty but overall room was nice.

Cons:

Bathroom overall was less to be desired. Toilet looks plastic and shower smelled like mold a bit.
