Pros:

The hotel uses keycard entry at the main gate for guests, ensuring good security. Though there is no elevator, staff are available to help with your suitcases. The two front desk team members speak fluent English — that’s such a plus! The Ali and Nino statue is roughly a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants, bakeries, greengrocers and souvenir shops are close by, so the location is really convenient.

Cons:

If possible, could you make the aroma from the diffuser a little milder? It’s just a small suggestion.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Old Batumi, within walking distance of the sea, beautiful squares, and major attractions. The location is unbeatable! The hotel had everything we needed, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

Cons:

As we visited during the low season, we were informed that breakfast and other meals were not available, even for an additional fee. This is something to keep in mind when booking during the off-season.

Отсутствует шумоизоляция. Если окна будут выходить на улицу - готовьтесь слушать пьяные беседы из бара напротив. Когда ночью поднимаются по лестнице и громко разговаривают - вы все будете слышать. Персонал ночью смотрит фильмы на гаджетах - вы все будете слышать. Двери очень хлопают , закрываются очень шумно. Номер маленький - уставший. Полотенца серого цвета ((( . Желания вернуться в этот отель - нет!

Хорошее местоположение. Гостеприимные хозяева, уборка проводилась постоянно. Конечно есть минусы, но это не к хозяевам. Никакой шумоизоляции. В соседней комнате разговаривают, а кажеться что у нас в комнате. Комната маленькая. Заявленно 18 кв, но это всё вместе с ванной комнатой. Конечно сильно не мешало, так как весь день гуляли. Так что отдохнули хорошо.(очень хорошее расположение).,

Kedves, rugalmas személyzet, abszolút központi hely, minden van a közelben. Szemben van egy nagyon kellemes bár. A reggeli bőséges, a szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt.

非常舒适的入住体验。
Pros:

位置非常好，离欧洲广场不远，旁边有一座东正教教堂，Citywalk非常方便。房间非常干净，服务态度也很好，大厅里有店家精心收藏的餐盘，非常精美。
