Great location and the best value
Pros:

The best location! In the heart of Old Batumi, steps away from Batumi Piazza. Huge selection of nearby restaurants and bars.
Super friendly and accommodating hostess.
You cannot get a better stay in Batumi for the price of this hotel.

Location is great, old Batumi and a lot of cute cafes around! The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise cancellation is bad, it is pretty loud in the rooms during the night. The walls and the windows are obviously too thin. The facilities of the rooms are okay, but a little bit old. Though the price is not so high earthier.
