Just rooms. Very simple. Good location & price.
Pros:

Understand this is not a hotel. There are no amenities. 3 Stars is generous. It's 2 floors with ~6 rooms each above the Eco Khaolak Tours n Travel Agency. Seems not all rooms are ready to rent yet. The agency staff are responsive. Cleaning staff need improvement. Large refrigerators in each room, but no water boiler. Stayed 5 nights n was Content. Good for those on a budget: solo travelers, backpackers, maybe couples, but not kids. Located 5 min walk to busy area up the road. Easy 15-20 mins walk to beach areas n one park. (Good cafe just ~5 shops up. Go n say Hi to Tip!)
