Um serão de S. João excelente apesar das minhas condições limitadas.
Pros:

A localização foi excelente para a noite de S. João e as vistas para o rio foram acima das minhas expectativas.
O jantar servido foi com a qualidade que a cadeia Vila Galé já nos habituou mas os funcionários foram de uma simpatia e profissionalismo excepcional.
Adoramos o ambiente criado para a data festiva e o pequeno almoço foi muito bom.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ter sido ligeiramente maior porque levava uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas e era difícil circular com ela mas como solicitei quarto vista rio também é possível que não houvesse disponibilidade. Sei que o quarto adaptado ficava para as traseiras e não era o que pretendíamos.
Mais nada a referir.

Choix parfait pour un séjour sans stress.
Pros:

Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel était attentionné et à l’écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, on vous prépare les oeufs à la demande. Situation idéale, au calme et pas trop loin du centre. Tramway juste devant l’hôtel sinon balade agréable le long du fleuve jusqu’au centre-ville. Propreté impeccable.

Cons:

Une insonorisation qui doit être améliorée. On entend bcp les chambres voisines.

Wonderful place to stay in Porto.
Pros:

Super quiet and clean. Easy to reach from the city centre and easy access to the coast. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I love a cuppa tea at night and missed a kettle in the room. But that wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.

Pros:

Lovely location on the Riverfront, friendly knowledgeable staff. Loved the art in the hotel common areas & also in my room. I was pleased I could get a kettle, teabags & milk on request. Near a supermarket - 6 mins walk.

Cons:

Would like a box of tissues in the room.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, good shower, plenty wardrobe space, river view.

Cons:

Having to ask for a kettle for the room.
At breakfast the cooked food was always cold as there was no hotplate to keep the food hot. Only one tomato cut up in a dish for the whole hotel. Very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Welcome to Porto and Portugal
Pros:

First stop of my Portugal tour. Room was neat and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great also had a meal one night which was enjoyable.
