A experiência de alojamento estava a ser positiva, em termos de conforto, localização e relação preço-qualidade até chegar a hora do pequeno-almoço que arruinou qualquer avaliação positiva que podia fazer.

Cons:

O serviço de pequeno-almoço foi uma experiência vergonhosa e inadmissível para um hotel de 4 estrelas da cadeia Vila Galé. O hotel não demonstrou qualquer capacidade em termos de logística e recursos humanos para a quantidade de hóspedes que teve no fim de semana, o que se refletiu em: mesas encostadas umas às outras, transformando mesas de 4 pessoas numa mesa gigantesca de 20 e tal lugares com outros hóspedes encostados a nós, mais parecendo que estávamos numa cantina universitária, filas enormes de pessoas com pratos vazios na mão à espera que os produtos fossem repostos (e nem sequer eram todos repostos) ou que as panquecas fossem confecionadas ou de simples talheres, tigelas ou pratos que nem sequer estavam disponíveis em nenhum armário, tínhamos de andar atrás dos funcionários a pedir coisas tão simples.
