"Un hotel muy limpio, cómodo y seguro en una ubicación conveniente del centro de Guayaquil. Caminando se llega rápido al Malecón 2000 y a los principales puntos turísticos. El personal del hotel es de 10, nos ayudaron con flexibilidad en todo lo que necesitamos, incluyendo guardar nuestro equipaje. La piscina es un gran acierto para refrescarse por las tardes. ¡Totalmente recomendado por su gran precio!"

Lindo hotel, accesible y bastante céntrico.
Pros:

El personal en general fue muy atento.
El hotel es cómodo y disfrutamos bastante de la piscina ya que hace mucho calor.
Tiene un gimnasio funcional.

Cons:

El desayuno no es a lo que estamos acostumbrados, es un desayuno americano (huevos revueltos, pan, jamón, queso, frutas sin elección, café). No hay muchas más opciones.

Excellent séjour en famille !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, calme malgré qu’il soit situé en pleine ville. Nous avions une chambre familiale tout à fait adaptée pour tous, grande, propre,. La piscine était un peu fraîche mais les enfants se sont régalés. Le sauna était sympa mais pas au top car très long à faire chauffer. Hôtel à une vingtaine de minutes de l’aéroport donc très bien pour une nuit transite.

Cons:

Le snack. Le monsieur n’avait pas l’air d’être super emballé de nous faire à manger… c’était bon, mais pas exceptionnel non plus.
Il a fallu attendre qu’il s’occupe du repas avant de pouvoir prétendre à une boisson.

Pros:

La piscine fait du bien avec les chaleurs étouffantes de Guayaquil

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas très aimable ni accueillant, horaire d’ouverture du bar et du sauna à la carte, personne ne respecte les consignes de propreté de la piscine devant les salariés et rien n’est dit (pas de maillot de bain, sauna puis pas de douche pour la piscine), petit dej imposé à l’intérieur alors que d’autres avaient pu le prendre sur la terrasse, bar payant immédiatement, lit 140, douche pas pratique séparée de la salle de bain, la chambre n’était pas totalement prête en arrivant, et lorsque nous avons eu la chambre, toujours mouillée sans papier toilettes, sans lave main,
Très bruyant de par la rue et aussi par les déménagements avant 8h du matin…
Si la terasse a été nettoyé, alors il faudra aller dans le parking pour prendre l’air ou fumer ..
Vraiment pas convaincu par cette expérience !

Very good
Pros:

Well located and only a short walk from the Malecon, calm at night. Very comfortable bed and great air conditioning in the room. Also great to have a pool to take a dive and escape the humid heat for a short while. They also let me check in very early (7am) at no extra cost.

Cons:

The area is a bit "dead" at night, and the room windows are not sufficiently soundproof in my opinion.
