Pros:

Beautiful courtyard with a pool great breakfast and an easy walk to a lot of restaurants bars and the malecon. 10 min from airport

The pool and common areas were well looked after and clean. Everything was actually quite clean but I was put in a very old room that faced the Main Street. Breakfast was good. I liked that there was coffee and tea available all day.

Cons:

There was next to zero sound insulation so it was incredibly noisy. The blinds could not be opened all the way which didn’t matter in the end because there were coverings outside on the window. This meant the room had zero natural light. The room had seen better days, floor and bathroom were chipped and aged but the bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was a bit weird, you needed to walk about 10 minutes to get anything interesting. I ended up checking out a day early. Staff acted very uninterested.

El desayuno, no era excelente, pero cumplia

Cons:

El personal, terrible atención, desde que llegamos muy desatentos, veníamos con todas las maletas y de 3 personas que nos recibieron, ni uno fue capaz siquiera de abrirnos las puertas para pasar, pero en especial el que atiende el bar, nos atendió de malas, pésimas las hamburguesas que pedimos y para colmo nos sacó ni bien dimos el último bocado. Jamás volvería a ese lugar.
El cuarto ni el baño tenían ventana.
