Overall, it was good
Pros:

from the lobby going to the room, it always smelled lovely
breakfast was ok
staff are very friendly and approachable
mostly clean

Cons:

the room's toilet/shower area, the water on the floor takes a long time to subside, and not safe enough
breakfast choices are not that much esp coffee options
the noise from outside during night time, cars honking, motorbike sound and some ambulance every now and then, disrupted our sleep

Cons:

Shabby treatment from reception desk. My daughter was having her debut dinner at the restaurant and we wanted to have a photo of her in the hotel lobby but were told to leave. What kind of hotel does that. Staff are so unhelpful.
