Unbeatable location and plenty of space, but uncomfortable bed. You are paying what you get.
Pros:

The most important thing to note is the excellent location. Situated in the Ortigas district of central Manila, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest major shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. The area is relatively safe, and there are plenty of small shops nearby to choose from.

Regarding the hotel itself:

Facilities & Space: The facilities are adequate—a bit dated, but still functional. My room was generously sized, and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen.

Kitchenette: I stayed in a room with a small kitchenette, which was very handy. The refrigerator was also a decent size.

Views & Connectivity: If you get a room on a higher floor, the view is quite impressive. As for the Wi-Fi, the connection quality was stable and acceptable.

Service: The housekeeping was "middle of the road"—nothing extraordinary, but professional and dependable.

Overall, it’s a solid, "value-for-money" stay.

Cons:

the room's condition was quite disappointing. The bathroom drainage is a major issue; water pools up quickly during a shower, and there is severe mold that clearly hasn't been treated. While the wall-mounted AC cools well, it emits a musty, moldy smell, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning. Most importantly, the bed was unacceptable—it’s a sagging, soft spring mattress that offers no support and feels completely uneven.

Pros:

Everything was good in terms of location, safety, and room layout. And all staffs including reception, security guards are so kind.

Cons:

There was a serious issue with ants throughout the entire room. I tried to tolerate it as I was only staying for two nights, but it was quite overwhelming and may leave a lasting negative impression. This does not seem to be an issue limited to just one room. Proper renovation and pest control are urgently needed.
