Great location for airport
Pros:

Great staff, great location if flying, only 5mins to airport, bed was comfortable
The staff set up decorations for our anniversary and they were very nice

Cons:

A little expensive compared to other hotels in Surabaya but you are paying for airport location, the bar had run out of fruit etc for drinks

The property, the room, all physical aspect of the hotel

Cons:

- No one is opening the door no mattwr how many baggage you bring. No one helped. I don't know, but this is the FIRST time this happened to me.
- We choose this hotel because it has an airport shuttle. They said it's every hour, exactly at 4am, 5am and so on. Turns out they are late. When we ask for it, they said that the schedule will be late. Instead of 5am. It will be 5.20am. So we took taxi instead.
- The room service is 24/7 or so they say. I called 3 times around 1am, no answer.

Great place close to the airport for transit and relax
Pros:

The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The airconditioning was not working upon arrival but engineering came fast and fixed it. It took a while to check in because I arrived early, so I ordered some food and that was good. I also appreciated the express laundry service and the breakfast to go, as early as 2:30 am..

Good value comfortable hotel near airport.
Pros:

Short ride from the airport with a free hotel shuttle - good communication with the driver so no waiting around after your journey.
Large room with everything you need after several weeks in basic homestays while diving. Hot shower - bliss 😀.
Staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

No restaurants or shops in easy walking distance, so the only option is to eat at the hotel - my meal was fine, but I usually like to eat away from hotels. A small bottle of beer with my dinner was very expensive. I know the issues with government tax etc in Indonesia, but check the price before you order to prevent shocks when you get the bill!
