DISASTER
Pros:

i dont like everything. on the night. there was sound of dangdutan in my room. turns out there was truck park beside our hotel they used like mega super big speaker for dangdutan all over the night. i thought may be it would stop at 00.00 but no. the sound of dangdutan still until dawn.
I didnt have good sleep. and the hotel didnt have airport shuttle now before 8 a. m but our flight was at 8 a.m. for your information price of this hotel not cheap either. we slept here because we want the shuttle airport near. for what we stay at your hotel if we dont get shuttle airport before 8 a.m, which international flight always morning . we have stayed at your hotel maybe 5/6 times for our international flight. and unfortunately because of this event, we will not stay at your hotel anymore.

Pros:

The pool was clean and had a good temperature.
Close to a lot of local warungs.
The free shuttle to Surabaya airport was convenient.

Cons:

The receptionist couldn't find our reservation, which was made and paid through booking.com and decided to make it our problem. Instead of reporting and resolving the issue quietly, he asked us to call booking.com, although the mistake was on their side. I expected more capability (to do a seemingly simple job) and professionalism from a 4 star hotel. Especially when they had available rooms and the payment was already made.

Hotel favorit saya karena dekat ke rumah orang tua,saya suka menginap disini karena menurut sy terbaik di area Juanda dan sekitarnya. Dan salah satu yg terbaik di Sby, fasilitas baik, lokasi ckp strategis, sarapan enak dan cukup variatif.. staf nya ramah dan sangat helpful.. angat direkomendasikan 👍

Pros:

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt uitstekend! Ik was er alleen enkele uren na mijn vlucht om vervolgens weer verder te reizen. Maar de korte tijd dat ik daar verbleef was ik heel erg tevreden. Het is schoon en de standaard kamers zijn hartstikke ruim. Het is er rustig en het bed was comfortabel! En de locatie is echt ideaal als je van de airport komt of er juist nog heen moet.

Great location for airport
Pros:

Great staff, great location if flying, only 5mins to airport, bed was comfortable
The staff set up decorations for our anniversary and they were very nice

Cons:

A little expensive compared to other hotels in Surabaya but you are paying for airport location, the bar had run out of fruit etc for drinks
