Pros:

Close to airport. Soft and super vide bed with extra pillows in the closet. Staff offers to book a cab for you if you need to leave for the airport when their shuttle bus is not operating.

Cons:

Pillowcase looked dirty/old, even if it was clean. Unfortunately the shuttle service does not fit if you have an early flight (5-6am)

Did the job for our one night stay for early morning flight

Friendly reception staff
It was adequately located close to the airport for an early morning flight but don’t stay here if you want to explore Surabaya as it’s quite the journey in a grab into town.

Cons:

Please don’t advertise yourself as an airport hotel but don’t start your shuttle until 5am. There are a lot of flights that depart at 6am and earlier meaning the shuttle is far too late.

Towels and sheets were clean but had stains - had read this in previous reviews so seems to be a recurring issue

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, propre et très confortable. Le personnel était très agréable.
La navette pour l’aéroport est très pratique.
La piscine est agréable (même si des transat pourraient être ajoutés au bord).

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était assez cher
