Kamer was goed, smaak van de koffie

Cons:

Eten bij ontbijt werd niet snel bijgevuld (of het werd niet gezien). Moest 2x aangeven dat iets op was.

Cons:

1. Air con. The room was hot, Air con was not functioning well. I had to wait 3hrs to get the temperature cool down.
2. Shuttle bus. Asked us to arrive 10mins prior, while the driver was late for 5mins. In the end, we set off 10mins late.
3. SPA. Bad quality.
4. Mosquitoes. There were quite a lot in the Lobby and even in SPA room!

Pros:

Moderno, limpio, camas cómodas y transfer gratuito.

Cons:

No sé debería permitir fumar en ninguna habitación, el olor residual es desagradable

Très bon hôtel et très pratique vs l'aéroport
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est agréable et simplifie l'arrivée et le départ. L'hôtel est située à 10min en navette de l'aéroport, terminal 2 international avec une navette par heure. L'hotel est silencieux. La piscine est très bien, la salle de gym est petite et surtout le tapis de course est vieux et devrait être remplacé, mais c'est le seul point d'amélioration, le reste était très bien.

Cons:

Le tapis de course à pied devrait être changé

Comfortable property near the airport with everything you need for a short stay
Pros:

It was clean and had everything we needed

Cons:

We paid a surcharge for an extra bed and an early checkin which cost more than the cost of the room.

a little disappointing
Pros:

i like being close to the airport and i almost likes the breakfast buffet until my wife found a hair in her food then i got turned off by that.

Cons:

Room is stuffy and very hot and yes i know Surabaya gets hot but we were not even allowed a 2nd key to keep the aircon on whilst we went out. A tip from a Hotel Manager in a hot country - allow 2 keycards and for any arrivals i would prompt you to have the aircon in the room going already before they arrive.

Pros:

1.Location: Around 10 to 15 minutes to the airport. The hotel provides free shuttle every hour to airport from 5am to 12 noon.
2. Spacious and clean room.
3. Good service.
4. Movable shower head which is very rare in Indonesia

1. No hair dryer in the room
2. It takes a long time for the room to cool down by the air con

Prima hotel vlakbij luchthaven
Pros:

Net en modern hotel, prima voor overnachting bij luchthaven. Mooi zwembad, grote kamers.
Goed restaurant.

Cons:

Geen ligbedjes bij zwembad.
In verhouding hoge prijzen in restaurant.
Prijzen op menukaart klopten niet, werden hogere prijs berekend.
Shuttlebus zat vol, zelf taxi moeten regelen
