The perfect accommodation for an affordable price
Pros:

It was my first time traveling alone. I was quite anxious. All my concerns went away though, after I met the owner of the hotel. He was unbelievably kind, cheerful and courteous. Right after check-in he showed me the refrigerator with free drinks and offered them to me.
He took one of my bags and brought in to the room.
The room really had an italian touch to it. The floor was shining, the bed perfectly tidy and the bathroom flawless as well. Everything was very clean and neat.
I slept really well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed my stay a lot. If you are looking for an affordable accommodation, I am certain that thos hotel is unbeatable for the price.

Cons:

The only two minor inconveniences were the Wlan and some noise quite early in the morning. However, if one visits Milano they don't intend to spend their day in the hotel and I would recommend to wake up early anyways, to catch the milanese vibe as a whole.

Location - 24h shop was around the corner. Fridge and kettle in the room + free tea, honey, sweets. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room's soundproofing is not the best. If you have noisier neighbors, it will be a bit disturbing.

Cons:

Please be aware that my feedback primarily highlights an issue with Booking.com's platform rather than the hotel itself. I specifically used the website's filter for a "private bathroom," and this property appeared in the results. Trusting the filter, I booked the room assuming it included this amenity, only to find out it did not. When I contacted Booking.com customer service to report this misleading filter, the representative was unhelpful and tried to convince me it was my own mistake. I strongly advise future guests to double-check the room descriptions carefully, as the platform's search filters are not entirely accurate.

Einfache, aber sehr saubere Unterkunft, bei welche auch wegen den eher tiefen Temperaturen schön beheizt war (Radiator war regulierbar). Gute Option, um zum San Siro Stadion zu gelangen. Zu Fuss schon fast 40 min, aber mit Bus Nr. 80 gut erreichbar.
Parkplätze in naher Umgebung in blauer Zone verfügbar.

Cons:

Man hört die Strasse etwas, es ist auch ringhörig. Dennoch für eine Nacht eine gute Option.

We had a great stay at Hotel Emmy! Considering the price, it was really excellent and very clean. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and catered to our every need with 24hr service, very close to the metro and would highly recommend with cheap quality food right underneath the apartment just a flight of stairs away.
