Luna Hotel

I recently tried to stay at Luna Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Firstly, the room was unhygienic and lacked proper bedding. There was only a mattress protector and a bed runner—no sheets, duvets, or covers. The only available blanket was old, dusty, and clearly unclean. When I asked the staff for proper bedding, they refused to provide any.

Additionally, the hotel itself was dirty, and some of the staff made us feel very uncomfortable with their behavior. They persistently invited us to stay and eat with them, which came across as inappropriate and a bit creepy.

When I tried to get a refund, the hotel refused and told me to contact Booking.com instead. I did so immediately and filed a complaint. However, the hotel refused to reply to Booking.com, except to falsely claim that I broke the kettle and owed them €20. This accusation is completely untrue—I was in the room for less than 5 minutes and definitely didn’t use the kettle.

Due to these issues, my friend and I were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The conditions were unacceptable, and the staff’s behavior made the stay even worse. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Great hotel, amazing views and location. But cleanliness us not geeat. Toilet brush holder was filthy, shows poor attention to details. Couldn't eat the breakfast, vefy poor hygiene and the waitress was wiping tables with bare hands, not cloth

The personal was kind, but there was no room service in all those 4 days I had booked.

The pool and area in the pool was very bad.
The toilet and shower was leaking water all day.

Dirty smelly bed bugs in the bed we didn’t stay their but they took my money refused too refund me smelt of poo dogs everywhere no restaurant or or bar too get drinks as advertised near a busy road their was a fridge in reception full of people food disabled friendly it is not Expedia needs too remove this hotel off their site cause it’s their fault I booked it a lost my money it’s a blinking joke I’m hoping my bank is able too help me

Wir hatten als wir ankamen Armeisen im kompletten Zimmer. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Kein Kühlschrank und nein Safe. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und hatten nicht einmal Zimmer Service, mussten selber nach Toilettenpapier & Handtücher fragen und meistens wurde einem dann noch gesagt „morgen“. Frühstück war auch einfach ohne Worte.

Karşılamada bir bayan ve bir bey vardı , gerçekten çok güler yüzlü insanlar. Fakat otel inanılmaz derecede her yeri ile hijyen dışıydı. Oda banyo çok bakımsız ve kirliydi. Oda içerisinde bir sandalye vardı fakat kırıktı, buzdolabı soğutmuyordu bile. Resepsiyon bölümünde büyük bir dolap vardı, orayı kullanma imkanımız oldu. Havuz çevresi hiç yıkanmamış veya süpürülmemiş hayatımda gördüğüm en kirli alandı, bazı yerlerde tadilat devam ediyor olmalı ki otelin bir çok bölümünde bir inşaat havası var . Şezlonglar ve sehpalar lekelenmiş ve kirliydi. Temizlenmesi için rica ettiğimde temizliğe gelen bayan sadece su tuttu şezlong 5 dk sonra yine aynı haline döndü,bir de siz mi şikayet ettiniz beni diye sordu. Havuz etrafında bulunan WC kullanım dışı, etrafında tuvalet kalıntıları dahi vardı. Çocuk havuzu bozulmuş durumdaydı.
Karşılama da bizimle ilgilenen bayan ve bey dışında tavsiye edilemeyecek durumda bir deneyimdi. Üzgünüm .

Hotellet var i dårlig stand, alt hang løst på veggene. Ingen vedlikehold. Dårlig renhold, skittent golv og flekkete vegger, dør osv. Det eneste som funket bra var klima anlegget og vanntrykket i dusjen. Bassenget var ok. Samme frokost ble servert hver dag(ikke buffet) På 5 dager ble rommet ‘’vasket’’ 1 gang og det var fordi vi klaget!

Det var skittent rom,lite trykk i toalettet og doen nede ved bassenget virket ikke

Ok. Here goes. I arrived in july 2024. At around 10 pm. Fell asleep. Straight away. So woke up to get a shower and boom dirtiest towels over ever seen. Wallpaper of the walls. Tv didnt work told the dentist but text what happened and they said i will be moved to thrre holel soon as possible. So woke up monday walked to go downstairs to breakfast. Fell down the most dangerous stairs. Then went to breakfast. That was a joke. 140 lira for an orange juice Straight to dentist. Had all my teeth out. Came back to luna cos i was still so sleepy. Got very rudly woken up at 10 om banging loudy till 4 am. Got to dentist at 9.30 am. Got a new hotel. Moved out. Got to my new one and wow. Amazing. Ive sent in lots of photos to prove this to expedia. And all i got back was the manager is unavailable for a refund. And nothing. So they keep closeing my case

Temizlik konusunda çok büyük sıkıntı yaşadık. Çarşaflardan yastıklara kadar lekeler mevcuttu. Balkon kapısı kapanmasına rağmen kenarlarından hava alıyordu. Banyonun sıvı sabunluğu dahi tozluydu. Odada buzdolabı vardı ancak içinde tek bir içecek dahi yoktu. Klima ısısıoldukça iyiydi ancak sabah saatlerine doğru odanın ısısı düşmeye başlıyordu. Bunlara rağmen resepsiyon oldukça iyiydi.

We only spent 2 nights there as we were in transit, but it was clean, quiet and close to our points of interest. The appliances were functional, we slept comfortably, we weren't disturbed. I was a bit disappointed not to find a mini fridge in the room (I've been to Turkey more than 10 times in different locations and this was a must!) but I can't remember if it was advertised or not when I booked, so I didn't complain about it. We didn't try the food and drinks from the hotel therefore I can't evaluate this, but all in all we had a pleasant stay, definitely served our purpose. Thank you!

Hotel close to airport. All ok.

It was a great hotel. Nice staff and amazing pool! However there was not fridge in the room. It is not a bad idea to add a small fridge to their room.
