אם אתם לא חייבים כשר למהדרין לוותר !!!
Pros:

המלון בעצם 3 קומות תחתונות של בית דירות מפואר שמשקיף על הים. בתמונה רואים את בית הדירות ואפשר לחשוב שהמלון זה כל הבניין. לא שקר אבל רחוק מלהיות אמת.
המיקום טוב אבל יש עוד הרבה מלונות על קו החוף.

Cons:

מלון ללא FACILITIES בכלל- אין בריכה או חדר כושר (הם לא טוענים שיש, פשוט אין value for money)
באנו לחגוג יום הולדת. ציינו במפורש גם בהזמנה וגם בשיחה טלפונית.
לא הייתה שום התייחסות. פניתי לפקיד הקבלה - ללא הועיל. רק ב-10 בלילה הואילו לשלוח בקבוק יין ואמרו שנגמרו השוקולדים.
לוקחים 1000 ש"ח ללילה יכלו ללכת לקנות...
ארוחת בוקר דלה. הכל מחומם, מכונת קפה מגמגמת. אין מאפים טריים- הכל בשקיות ניילון.

מיקום מעולה - קרוב לחוף הנפרד ולקהילה החרדית, אבל לא בתוך הקריה עצמה.
נוף יוצא מן הכלל - החדר בקומה העליונה צופה קו ראשון נוף מלא לים.
לובי ושירותי אורחים יפים ומתוחזקים.
מיטה רחבה ונוחה - מצעים ומגבות נקיים ובשפע.
מיזוג מצוין אם כי קצת רועש.
אנשי הצוות אדיבים במיוחד - מנהל המלון מעורב ודואג גם לשירות שאינו כלול.

Cons:

המקרר ומכונת הקפה היו לא מספיק נקיים - הכילו שאריות ומים.
גם הניקיון בחד השירות היה לא מספק.

המלון אכזב אותנו מאוד!!
שילמנו מחיר מלא בחודש אוגוסט,
הגענו לשבת זוג עם 2 ילדים על בסיס לינה וארוחת בוקר.
נתחיל מזה שלא היו לנו מים חמים להתקלח בכניסת שבת, באו לתקן אך ללא הצלחה.
הדלת בשירותים ננעלה כל פעם מבפנים והיינו צריכים לפתוח אותה רק מבחוץ.
השיא היה בארוחת שבת בבוקר נכנסנו לחדר אוכל וחיפשנו את מקומנו, כשראינו שלא שמרו לנו שאלנו את הצוות שהתעלם לחלוטין.
התיישבנו במקום לא שמור, ואז ניגש אלינו אחד העובדים ושאל אם ישבנו שם אתמול, אמרנו שהאירוח לא כלל ארוחת ערב ולכן זה פעם ראשונה שלנו בחדר אוכל.
אמר שזה לא בסדר שהתיישבנו שם.
ביקשנו יגיד לנו איפה לשבת אך הוא אמר שלא יקים אותנו כרגע אבל עכשיו הוא צריך לשבור את הראש מה לעשות.
מאותו רגע הרגשנו שאין לנו מקום שם ומיד קמנו ופינינו את המקום.
יצאנו בתחושה מאוד לא נעימה והשיחה מולו התנהל בקרירות ובחוסר רגישות.
מאוכזבים מאוד!!
לא נגיע שוב ובטח שלא נמליץ.

Pros:

החדרים נקיים. כל חוסר קיבל מענה מיידי ופתרון. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת ועשירה. קרוב לים ולחוף הנפרד. מאד נהנינו.

Cons:

היה תקלה אזורית בוויפי ומנהל המלון נתן לי פיתרון משביע רצון אז לא היה משהו שפגם בחופשה.

Pros:

מלון חדש לגמרי, מהניילונים, אזור שקט אבל קרוב למרכז ולקרית צאנז. חדרים מרווחים, מאוד נקיים ומשופצים צמוד לים, לפארק ולמסעדות. אוכל מעולה, בשפע וברמה גבוהה, אם כי ניתן היה לגוון טיפה יותר.

Cons:

דבר היחיד שמאוד הפריע לי, אם כי ממש לא קשור לצוות המלון(שהיה אדיב ומתחשב), זה שהתארחו במלון משפחות מרובות ילדים, שהביאו אתם קורקינטים וכדורים ושיחקו בפרוזדור עד שעות מאוחרות של הלילה, למרות בקשותיי לשקט. אך שוב, זו לא בעיה של צוות המלון ומלון היה מלא, כך שלא היה לי לאן לעבור.
מעבר לכך- אירוח היה מעולה!
