פקידת הקבלה היתה נעימה ושירותית מאוד

ארוחת הבוקר בפסח לא היו חביתות טריות אבל הבנתי שלמחרת כן הציעו לאנשים . זה זמן מלחמה כך שאפשר להבין שיש מחסור בכוח אדם .

לא מומלץ למי שרוצה ״חופשה״

הגענו למקום ביום שישי קבוצה גדולה של אנשים ששילמו תמורה רבה לשבת חתן לבר מצווה כשהגענו לחדר האוכל הפצפון לא היה מקום לשבת במשך שעה שלמה!!! זאת בגלל שלא נערכו לכמות האנשים בכל שלושת הארוחות נאלצנו לחכות בחוץ ועד שהושיבו אותו פינו את כל האוכל,
בסעודה שלישית ציינו כי הארוחה תהיה החל מהשעה 15:30 עד 17:00 החדר אוכל היה ריק מאוכל בשעה 16:00 היו חדרים ללא מים חמים ומצעים מלוכלכים קיבלנו יחס מזלזל ממנהלת המלון וחוסר הבנה מוחלט התמורה לא שווה בכלל!!

A USB socket... could not believe there was not one
Coffee was poor quality and no socket nearby for kettle
Inadequate shelf for working on with computer
No shelf over the sink in bathroom
only provided 3 hangars so asked for more
We arrived back one night to find the doors locked! rang the bell, phoned the hotel... eventually the one member of staff on duty came to open it. She had to attend to a guest upstairs so had to lock the door. I suggest that 1 member of staff on night duty is NOT enough

אהבנו את השירות והיחס האדיב מהקבלה שנכנסנו, הייתה לנו תקלה בחדר תוך מספר דקות היגיע בחור) לא זוכרת את שמו( לתקן את הבעיה. הצוות היה קשוב לדרישות .
בחדר האוכל היה בחור מאוד נחמד וסבלני שהגיש לנו מה שביקשנו.
שידרגו לנו את החדר .ממליצה בחום

Avoid on weekends.

Location by the sea, large and comfortable room

Cons:

The check -in process. There was only one active check-in position despite the many waiting guests.
No onsite parking available despite my use of a mobility scooter.
The Saturday morning breakfast: Poor choice of cheese, no fresh pastries, no fresh eggs, lots of left-over pasta and cooked vegetables from Friday evening dinner, no fresh juice. Last but not least, NO PROPER COFFEE!!! The only coffee available was uncooked Turkish coffee ("Botz"")
