אני נכנסתי למלון ,,גודם התפללו אתי בחדר נתנו לי חדר שלא הזמנתי ,,,אז ירדתי לקבלה התחילה לצעוק עליי העובדת . אז שמעה המנהלת את כל הדברים….והלכה ובדקה וחזרה אליי ואמרה לי את צודק זה לא החדר שהזמנת,,,אתה הזמנתה החדר הכי יפה במלון…..
אז לקחתי את המפתחות ועליתי אני ואישתי לחדר
החדר עם ריח של זיעה וריח מסריח מגעיל ,, השרותים מעפן ריח שתן,,ריח מגעיל וגם בלי ניר,,, רק תזקרו שזה החדר הדלוקס בנוראמי,,כמו שאמרה לי עובדת הקבלה החדר הכי יפה במלון,,,,
ישרות לא נשארתי דקה אחת במלון,
ירדתי לקבלה ועשיתי ציק אות .. וברחתי משם ,,,
את הכסף לא החזירו אפילו פיצוי אין להם .
ברחתי מגועל שראיתי,,,
מלון מגעיל מסריח ברמות מטורפות.

מיקום טוב. יש חניה נוחה ברחוב בחוץ. מסעדה מצויינת (רק מוזר שלא מאפשרים יין לארוחה).
נקי. מרווח.

Cons:

במחיר ששילמתי מוזר כי בפינת הקומקום לשתיה בחדר, היה תיון אחד, שקית קפה אחת. התרשלות בהכנת החדר . בנוסף, התרשלות שניה אי בדיקת הטלויזיה. מכשיר הקליטה(ראוטר) כלל לא פעל והיה צריך להמתין לאיש אחזקה( נחמד ביתר) שיטפל בעניין והצליח.
קבלת הפנים בכניסה לקבלה הייתה מעט צוננת. עמדתי מול שער הכניסה. התקשרתי. אמרו שיפתחו. עברו עשר דקות חיכיתי... לבסוף נכנסתי לדוכן הקבלה. רטנה כלפיי שעמדתי מול השער הלא נכון. הייצי מצפה שיצא נציג ויסייע ולא יתן לי להמתין עשר דקות שהשער הלא נכון לא יפתח.. בהמשך פקידת הקבלה הייתה נחמדה מאד.
