Heaven
Pros:

We loved everything! It is heaven. There are two pools (fresh water and salt) both are great, the fresh pool is very long and one pool is always in the shade. The hotel grounds are so well kept with beautiful looking and smelling flowers everywhere. The staff are friendly and super helpful and also funny. The hotel can arrange laundry and motorbike rental. Also the spa on site is amazing - four days later and I’m still glowing from my facial! The hotel food is really good and also have veggie options and the food and drink is very fair prices. The room was very comfortable and the cleaning was very good.

Thank you again to the staff for making it our best hotel stay ever

Heavenly sanctuary
Pros:

Amazing staff that were always there with a smile and happy demeanor, nothing was too much trouble.
The room (103) was spacious and clean, the facilities in good condition. The pools were clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and lush

Cons:

It often took a while for food plates and glasses to be collected from the pool area. This attracted flies.
I think plastic cups should be used in the pool area, not glass, for safety reasons.
I was plagued by mosquitoes throughout my stay but this was just bad luck.

Pros:

Невероятный отель, из которого не хочется уезжать.

Персонал вежливый и внимательный, номера просторные, хорошая косметика в ванной.
Везде очень чисто.
Большие балконы с зеленью и мебелью.

Бассейны классные, там хочется проводить время.
Завтраки по меню, с хорошим выбором.

Cons:

Пора обновить полотенца у бассейна и в номерах.
Тук-тук, который должен бесплатно возить гостей в центр, почему-то взял с нас 2$, хотя такая поездка даже в приложении такси стоит 1$.
Не все напитки в ресторане были вкусными, много льда.

Un lieu incroyable !
Pros:

L’hôtel est véritablement très agréable : on s’y sent comme dans un petit refuge paisible, à l’écart de l’agitation. Nous y avons passé cinq jours et c’est l’endroit idéal pour alterner les visites d’Angkor et des moments de détente. Le personnel, quant à lui, se distingue par une gentillesse remarquable, toujours attentif et souriant. Un presque sans faute, que nous étions très triste de quitter.

Cons:

Ce n’est que des détails : améliorer le petit-déjeuner et le bruit de la climatisation dans les chambres.

Hôtel idéal pour visiter la région
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour aller visiter Angkor ; les chambres sont bien équipées , spacieuses. Le personnel est très attentif , toujours prêt à rendre service. Les équipements sont au top : 2 piscines ; massage ; organisation d’excursion au besoin ; laverie.

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich ein Traum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und trotzdem höchst professionell. Unser Zimmer war riesig modern und mit vielen schönen Details. Das Essen im Restaurant oft besser als draußen.
Die beiden Pools laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt immer eine frei Liege. Der Garten ist wunderschön.
Also wenn sie die Möglichkeit haben dieses Hotel zu buchen, warten sie nicht.

Wir mussten abreisen :(

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel disponible et très souriant. La présence de deux piscines, agréables !
Restaurant à disposition, bon petit-déjeuner et snacks notamment, ainsi que cocktails.
