Beautiful Hotel, cheap drinks, massages and excellent facilities and services
Pros:

Beautiful setting and facilities . Excellent customer service, massage facilities and Pool areas.

Cons:

I would confirm room with hotel as we had a bit of a mix up with the photos of the room we thought we werre getting. However staff were accomodating and we upgraded for an extra 5 dollars a night and it was wonderful.

Wouldn’t recommend, you can find a better place for less money

The pool was nice and the staff were friendly

Cons:

Many issues. First of all, there were lizards and other creatures on our terrace and at the entrance. We even had to remove a lizard from the room once, and I am terribly scared of them. This is just unacceptable and unhygienic. Second, the laundry was not done properly. The print on one of my t shirts faded and the other one was damaged. And on top of that, it was not done on time and the receptionist tried to convince us we brought it at night so that’s why we have to wait more than 24 hours, even though we did in the morning the previous day. The food was also disappointing. Overall, wasn’t worth the money we paid at all.

Excellent retreat, great value for money, friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were friendly- not over priced on food or drink which were exceptional as were the massages.
Situated away from the bustling city but with a free shuttle tuk tuk into siem reap.

One of the most relaxing and comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The two pools are excellent especially the fresh water one and the overall ambiance with lots of shrubs and trees is very calming. The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed the excellent cocktails in the evening. The breakfast is good value.

Pros:

El personal era muy amable y también al tener restaurante y spa y lindas piletas te podías quedar ahí mismo para descansar.
Nos hicieron un upgrade por ser nuestra luna de miel y aunque está un poco más alejado del centro es mejor para que sea más calmo el ambiente. Tienen tuk tuks que te llevan al centro gratis.
