Two nice pools, large modern clean bedrooms staff were very friendly and accommodating and overall extremely pleasant well valued hotel
Can’t really complain about anything. The lunch. Staff seemed a little bit overwhelmed with very few people in the restaurant, but other than that the food was delicious and highly recommend this and would definitely stay again.

El resort es increíble, con dos piscinas y un entorno precioso. Las habitaciones son grandes y el personal es muy amable.
Todo super limpio y unos 20 minutos de los templos de ANGKOR, todo lo que comimos estaba muy bueno e incluso nos prepararon un desayuno de picnic para el día que fuimos a ver el amanecer, sin duda repetría.
Por decir algo, quizás estaba un poco lejos andando de la ciudad, pero en tienen un servicio de TUKTUK gratuito que te deja en el centro y son como 5 minutos.

Staff were friendly, warm and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The two pools are very clean. Hotel provides a free tuk tuk into town but it is walkable.
Travelling for months on end we have learnt to live literally out of a suitcase so means we like to have somewhere to put both our suitcases, we only had an area for one so the other was just laid on the floor for the durations of our 3 week stay.
Un lieu magnifique avec un extérieur très agréable et deux très belles piscines dont une immense ! Les chambres sont elles mêmes très sympathiques et modernes. Quand au restaurant, tout est très bon, surtout les petits déjeuners extrêmement variés et qui plairont à tout le monde. Le personnel est quand à lui très gentil, au petit soin et toujours souriant. Je recommande vivement !!
Fijne locatie, mooie kamer met balkon en lekker groot zwembad. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel goede wasservice.Mooie badkamer met een heel groot bad en super lekker badzout.
Fijn dat ze een Tuk Tuk service naar het centrum hebben en uitstapjes aanbieden.
Ik zou zelf iets sfeervollere verlichting om bij te lezen in bed instaleren die per persoon te schakelen is en de bank op een handigere plek neerzetten zodat je er in de nacht je nek niet over breekt 😉Maar dat zijn kleine details. De taxiservice vanuit het vliegveld naar hotel en voor de uitstapjes is erg goed maar relatief duurder dan dan als je zelf dingen boekt.

+ The design of the hotel was absolutely stunning, like a hidden paradise in the middle of the jungle.
+ There was not one but two pools, and both were stunning.
+ They had a decent discount on all their massages, which were also very good.
+ Very spacious rooms with an excellent design.
+ A bit further away from the centre, which was perfect for me because you can escape the noise of Siem Reap while being only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride away from the centre.
- When we checked in, we counted 18 mosquitoes flying in our room, and we realized that while the hotel looked amazing, the jungle-like setting had also attracted a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, every time housekeeping cleaned the room, they would leave the doors wide open, attracting even more mosquitoes. There were also holes above the terrace doors, so every time we came back to the hotel there were already new mosquitoes in the room. They were so prevalent throughout the whole property that it was difficult to use the pool after dark, because the moment you stepped out of the water they would get all over you. They do spray something against them, but not often enough unfortunately.
- The pools should be cleaned more regularly. Sometimes there were so many bugs swimming inside that it was impossible to use them.
- We found a centipede in our bathroom.
- While the reception staff were very nice and competent, the restaurant staff were a different story. Every time we tried to order something, the food would either arrive very late, be different from what we ordered, or they would not have it at all. In addition to that, although breakfast was until 10 and we were told we could come any time until then, when we arrived around 9:45 the staff were visibly unhappy with us and quite abrasive
- The bed linen had stains on it, and even though I asked for it to be changed, every time they changed it, the new linen also had stains, which was very frustrating.

Eine wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit sehr herzlichem Personal und genialem Frühstück. Zimmer mit Terrasse direkt am Pool war toll, auch um abends noch draussen zu sitzen und sich etwas Leckeres zu Essen bestellen.
