Great value - but don't get a front facing room!!!
Pros:

Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns!
Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!!
Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English.

Close to station and restaurants. Beaches are a short drive but good ones.

Pros:

We liked the Outside appearance n the location.However the facilities amenities were so poor that we had to change our hotel immediately.
Front office staff called Mr.Keagan was very rowdy n offensive.
We shall never go back here ever.
Though being in Goa they said they do not serve fish because it smells.

I like the place and will come again
Pros:

The hotel was very good.Staff very Good and helpful.Centrally located easy access to everything (Transport/Food/Medicare/Market)
There trains hooting is not too loud as the concealing of the window reduces the sound
there are many restaurants around

Pros:

I appreciate my stay in this hotel. The staff are very kind . Rooms are big and well clean. It's also well situated with access to the central station, fortada stadium and so on.
