Wszystko, a przede wszystkim wystrój pokoju i łazienki, czystość, wygodne łóżka, przyjemne oświetlenie, gniazdka przy łóżku, miejsce do pracy z lampką, szafa, piękny widok z okna, przyjemny zapach świeżości w pokoju, dużo miejsca. Pobyt krótki, służbowy, w hotelu, który spełnił moje oczekiwania i który polecam z czystym sumieniem
Pros:

Hotel położony w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum. Zadbane pokoje, dobrze wyposażone i przede wszystkim czyściutko i pachnąco. Bardzo dobre śniadania w postaci bufetu. Szeroki wybór zarówno dań ciepłych jak i zimnych przekąsek. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ponadto, sympatyczna i miła obsługa hotelowa. Polecam.

Cons:

W nocy dało się słyszeć odgłosy jeżdżących tramwajów ponieważ okna pokoju (6 piętro) wychodziły na ruchliwą ulicę. Więc jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen to może uznać to za uciążliwe. Kwestia przyzwyczajenia.

Nothing amazing, but a very good location.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was no possibility to make coffee in the room, there were no glasses for water, although a water carafe was available.
The room was quite cool, the towel dryer in the bathroom was not turned on at arrival. The first night was very cold, the room warmed up during the rest of the night.

Pros:

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym hotelu.
Było bardzo czysto, przytulnie i komfortowo. Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani na ostatnim piętrze, dzięki czemu mieliśmy piękny widok, co było dużym plusem.
Obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna i profesjonalna — menedżerowie zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi pomóc.
Czuliśmy się tu naprawdę dobrze i chętnie wrócimy ponownie. Zdecydowanie polecam!

В целом нормальное место, но цена + качество для меня не ок.
Pros:

Добрый день. Мой отзыв, это только моё личное восприятие.

Понравилось:

1. Персонал вполне адекватный, приветливый.
2. Чистота в отеле и номере. Все не супер новое, по виду, но вполне чистое и прочное.
3. В номере эконом все работало. В наличии были полотенца, фен, мыло, утюг и доска, сейф, чайник, чашки и ложечки, графин для воды, нормальный вайфай.
4. Кровать чистая, удобная, есть дополнительный обогрев, в целом комфортно.
5. Рядом все необходимое, магазины, аптеки, транспорт, Центральный вокзал 1км.
6. В ресторане довольно неплохой кофе, около 4,5$.

Cons:

Не понравилось:

1. Высокая слышымость в номере, соседние двери сильно стучат. Если вы приехали из зоны боевых действий и очень чувствительны к такому, вам будет супер некомфортно.
2. Крышка унитаза без элементарных доводчиков, не удобно.
3. Очень узкое стекло в душевой, что мешает нормально пользоваться душем, чтобы не убирать литры воды после с пола за пределами душа.
4. Вид из окна ну такое, можно сказать его нет.
5. В номере есть qr код доступа к вайфай, однако подключится нельзя так как зашит не правильный пароль. Пришлось звонить на ресепшн, что может быть дополнительным пунктом стресса, если у вас языковой барьер.
6. В номере нет ни одного блюдца.
