Tout a été parfait : l'emplacement, la propreté, le confort, la vue du 7e étage, la gentillesse du personnel, les délicieux plats du restaurant. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

In general the overall stay was very good, location, cleanilness, shower, space in room, view from a higher floor, staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

being town centre of course there can be noise from emergency service vehicles and trams run till 11ish but these are normal when staying in the centre.

Hotel in stile moderno, confortevole, pulito, a pochi passi dal centro. Camera con ampie vetrate, panoramica, in un quartiere molto tranquillo con diversi ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e altri locali. Presenza di dispenser di acqua in ogni piano. Staff molto gentile. Consigliato

In stanza si sentiva un rumore di sottofondo probabilmente dell'impianto di condizionamento ma non è stato un problema perché per la notte abbiamo usato i tappi per le orecchie

Pobyt Miły. Ale traktowanie personelu okropne

Lokalizacja tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym.
Maszyny do filtrowanej wody na korytarzu, aby nie używać plastikowych butelek. Plus taki, że ekologia. To raz, a dwa, że jest nielimitowana, bo mogę dopełaniać do końca.
Widok, który był obiecany. Dobrze otwierające się okna i klimatyzacja.
Czystość. Ciepło. Mały, ale przestrzenny pokój. Miła obsługa na recepcji. Miła obsługa housekeeping.

Cons:

Otwarte kosze na śmieci w łazience. Brak polskiej instrukcji do sejfu. Złe traktowanie personelu, zwłaszcza Housekeeping. Pani nie mogła jechać ze mną jedną windą? Rozumiem, że są różni Goście i niektórzy nie życzą sobie: "służby pracującej" w tym samym pomieszczeniu, np. w windzie. Ale jeżeli ja nie miałam żadnego problemu i wręcz mówiłam, że może Pani jechać ze mną windą, nawet ze śmieciami, to powinna mieć prawo jechać, aby zaoszczędzić swój czas pracy a nie czekać aż winda pojedzie na sam dół ze mną i wróci. Czułam się z tym bardzo niekomfortowo i uważam, że okej. Goście są różni i tak, rozumiem zasadę, że osoby sprzątające pokoje nie mogą jechać windą z gośćmi tą samą windą - zwłaszcza, że śmieciami czy sprzętem sprzątającym. Ale jeżeli gość nie ma z tym problemu, to Ci pracownicy nie powinni ponosić z tego względu żadnych konsekwencji. A miałam wrażenie, że gdy tylko wyda się to, że ta Pani ze mną jechała, to będzie miała niepotrzebne problemy. Myślę, że kierownictwo jest zbyt ostre i nieludzkie. Poczułam się mega, mega źle, że Pani nie mogła jechać ze mną windą i to zniechęciło mnie do całego hotelu. To te osoby odwalają największą robotę. To dzięki tym osobom możemy przebywać w tym hotelu. W czystości i komforcie.
Restauracja na parterze, to jakaś pomyłka. Dania piękne opisane i drogie i to co dostałam? Porażka.
To samo śniadania. Tak na prawdę nic szczególnego. Same podstawy, podstaw. Brak ciepłego mleka do płatków. Brak naleśników - można za prośbą. Poprosiłam, dostałam dwa małe pancake. Gdzie zjadłabym z 3 razy więcej. Mało rzeczy dodatkowych, jak ciasta? Mało. Szejki, kotajle? Jedno smoothie. Dużo dodatków do kanapek. Mało rzeczy bezglutenowych, ale oczywiście, można było o nie poprosić. Jeden napój roślinny. Na prawdę. Śniadanie to totalna podstawa. Nic szczególnego i nadzwyczajnego. Na pewno nic dla osób z wybiórczością pokarmową.
Za to traktowanie personelu podobne, co do Housekeepingu. Chcą wyglądać na super hotel. Ale im nie wychodzi

Veškerý personál byl velmi milý, ochotný, usměvavý. Pokoj byl čistý, světlý, s krásným výhledem. K dispozici varná konvice, káva, čaj, žehlička, trezor, fén. Poloha skvělá, v docházkové vzdálenosti Staré město, muzea i úžasné obchodní centrum Stary Browar. Pod okny jezdí tramvaje, ale okna jsou dostatečně kvalitní, aby ztlumila hluk z ulice. Velmi pohodlné postele.

Struttura dal design in stile anni ‘20. A 10 min a piedi dalla piazza principale. Il prezzo della sola camera è buono. La camera é ampia con vista e con tutto il necessario anche ferro e asse da stiro e cassaforte.

Cons:

C’erano delle macchie sulla moquette della camera. La colazione di Pasqua aveva un sovrapprezzo, troppo cara per quello che offriva e non molto di qualità (90 zloty). Inoltre la sala era molto fredda. Abbiamo fatto altre colazioni in Polonia ed erano molto più ricche, presentate meglio e con prodotti di qualità ad un prezzo migliore.

Nice location, amazing view from a top floor, clean room, water coolers

Cons:

No sound isolation in the rooms. You will be woken up every time someone in the hotel takes a shower. Noise of running water came through ventilation
