Yatak çok geniş ve çok rahattı. Wifi çok hızlıydı. Resepsiyon çok ilgiliydi, şehirle ilgili güzel mekan önerilerinde bulundular.

Great hotel in genuine neighbourhood on edge of city centre
Pros:

Modern hotel on edge of centre, 5-10 min walk from Skanderbeg Square and main visitor attractions, 10 min from Airport bus terminus. The room was a reasonable size with huge bed, decent shower room, desk. Wifi and aircon both fine. Breakfast was excellent, good selection with some Albanian specialities. I liked the neighbourhood, it has a very genuine feel with life lived on the streets, it has escaped the creeping gentrification of some areas giving it a lived-in look where cafes/restaurants are full of locals and great value. You can pay by creditcard (not so common in Albania!).

Cons:

The breakfast room is in the basement. The hotel restaurant is rather expensive and focused on Italian cuisine (I prefer to eat local food at local prices).

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The Trattoria attached to the hotel was exceptional- very good food and excellent value for money.

Un hotel carino a due passi dal centro.
Pros:

Posizione molto centrale in una strada secondaria non molto trafficata e vicina ad un supermercato e ad un'ottima panetteria. L'hotel sembra molto più sfarzoso di quello che è in realtà. La struttura nel complesso è comunque carina.

Cons:

La porta-finestra della nostra camera non si chiudeva completamente per cui l'isolamento acustico non era il massimo. Nonostante questo abbiamo potuto dormire senza troppo fastidio.

Super lokalizacja i wygodny pokój.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja ale raczej nie ma co liczyć na dobry widok z okna/balkonu bo hotel jest zabudowany praktycznie z kazdej strony. (aktualnie 09/25 obok trwa budowa wiec troche halasuja) Jest winda więc nie trzeba tachać walizek. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne, sporo miejsca, spoko klimatyzacja. Łazienka czysta i nowa ale niestety niezbyt przemyślana. Brak póleczek pod prysznicem a podczas kąpieli powódź w laziece gwarantowana. Kwadratowy kibelek bardzo niewygodny :D no i brak automatycznej wentylacji w łazience - ale to szczegoly ktore nie maja jakos większego wpływu. Dobre śniadanie, standardowy ale dość duzy wybór, można spokojnie jeść różnorodnie przez kilka dni.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz która nas zraziła to brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji obsługi na palenie papierosów (elektrycznych) przez gości podczas śniadania. Mieliśmy pecha i dwa dni z rzędu trafiła się pani która kopciła zapachowego elektryka jak lokomotywa w restauracji (pomieszczenie zamkniete). Widać było ze innym gościom tez to przeszkadzało ale nie było żadnej reakcji ze strony personelu który wszystko widzial.

Une expérience désastreuse marquée par un accueil glaciale et une propreté inexistante.

À fuir absolument !
Un accueil tout simplement catastrophique. La dame à la réception n’est ni souriante ni agréable, on a vraiment l’impression de déranger. Et que dire de la propreté… inexistante ! En arrivant dans la chambre, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver un caleçon au milieu du sol, preuve que le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait. Pour un hôtel censé offrir un minimum de confort et d’hygiène, c’est une honte. Franchement, une expérience désastreuse du début à la fin.
