Convenient location, friendly staff, good value for money.
Pros:

Convenient location for traveling around Milan by public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is traditional, but everything is fresh, tasty and sufficient.

Cons:

There was renovation work going on in the building next door, so there was some noise from 8 a.m. However, since we weren't planning on spending any time at the hotel, it didn't spoil our mood.

Απορώ γιατι αυτό το ξενοδοχείο εχει μόνο 2 αστέρια. Πεντακάθαρο, φανταστικό στρώμα όπως και τα μαξιλάρια, πάντα ζεστό δωμάτιο και ζεστό νερό. Το πρωινό αν και μικρό έχει τα πάντα και φρέσκα!!! Φρούτα, αλμυρά, γλυκά τα πάντα και καφέ στον φτιάχνουν επι τόπου. Η περιοχή πολύ καλή, όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς είναι δίπλα.

Cons:

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα, αν θα έβρισκα κάτι αρνητικό θα ήταν οτι δεν είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση.

Confortevole ed operativo
Pros:

Accoglienza e staff cordiale. La colazione (buona) era sia salata che dolce (succhi di frutta un po' insipidi). Vicino al Hotel Parma vi sono varie trattorie ed osterie ma stupendo é il ramen del vicinissimo Mic Ramen restaurant. La camera anche se piccola aveva tutto. frigo compreso. Il bagno ha la doccia ed é abbastanza confortevole. Gradita la bottiglia d'acqua omaggio, con cuffia, spazzolino, saponi vari, ciabatte e, ovviamente, asciugamani. Disponibile un secondo cuscino ed una seconda coperta. Armadio e specchi a sufficienza.

Cons:

La mia camera singola era davvero piccola: il letto era sotto la finestra (che non ho mai aperto anche perché dava su un cortile interno). Il condizionatore soffia aria direttamente sul letto. La televisione si accende ma, a parte i vari menú di configurazione, non fa vedere alcuna immagine. Gli schiamazzi del corridoio si sentono perfettamente anche in camera.

L'hotel non è male, ma la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze ne compromette totalmente la qualità

La scarsa, se non assente, insonorizzazione delle stanze. Si sente TUTTO, e per tutto intendo tutto. Tanto è che nelle stanze sono già presenti i tappi per le orecchie. Io sono andata a dormire presto perchè avevo un impegno di lavoro al mattino, e verso l' 1:30 di notte sono tornati degli ospiti di altre stanze ed è stato un incubo. sono dovuta uscire e chiedere silenzio

Nice hotel for good price
Pros:

Because rate normal 3star hotel was doubled due to Olimpic, I booked first time this hotel. Very friendly stsff, shower was bit cold first day and they repaired next day. It's 2 star but ok, bed was good. Area is ok, with nice osteria tupe restaurants in street.

Cons:

Heating difficult to manage.
