Pros:

Excellent location as it is in close proximity to Excel and a short distance to the nearest DLR service. Very helpful staff & reasonable amount of parking at the side and rear of the hotel.

Perfect location with DLR train right at doorstep. Great value for money and very clean hotel

Great apart from the miscommunication
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, aircon was on point especially in 35⁰c heat the room was perfectly cool to return to, free breakfast again was great and set up the day perfectly

Cons:

The unfortunate power cut the lead to us not being able to check in for 1.5 hours wasn't the best,
and staff not mentioning I could register my car on arrival after they told me that all the systems were down and I had to wait. For them then to tell me you should have registered your car 1.5 hours ago its not our responsibility if you get a ticket. As I was moving my car to different parking after checking in. A series of unfortunate events

First time at a Hampton and very impressed
Pros:

Room was good size, very clean and good decor. Very little noise. Perfectly placed for Excel and O2. Breakfast was stunning, huge selection and all quality products.
