All round excellent

Han Hotel was nice and comfortable, especially service wise, the service team were wonderfully nice and helpful, all the staff speak English (but not the cleaning staff), the Breakfast was delicious, the colored mountain view was gorgeous,
It is about 30 Min far from Sarajevo city center, staying there for a vacation, with a lot of traveling, needs a car, which can be rented for cheaper prices in comparison with all Europe.

Hotel was very clean, staff polite and helpful. Location is perfect for ski lovers. Food was also first class. Loved our stay and we will definitely be back.

Neprihvatljivo je cekanje od 4 sata za pripremu sobe od momenta naznacenog za check in. Osoblje nedoraslo situaciji, parking ispred hotela, neociscen, parkira se kako ko stigne bez ikakvog reda. Noc prije check out naznacili osoblju na recepciji da nam je auto zgradjeno autima drugih gostiju, nije urodilo plodom. Dorucak vrlo skroman, osoblje ne daje osnovne informacije o ski liftovima i ponudama. Bjelasnica prekrasna, ukupni dojam pokvarila usluga.

Hotel se nalazi na super lokaciji, i sobe su lijepe i udobne. Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Hrana u restoranu odlicna. Jedino u wc je ventilator preglasan (vjerojatno pokvaren) i odvod vode u umivaoniku nije bio ok.

Nice location, view and ambience, but room has no small night table, lights in the bathroom are bad, for breakfast very big choice, but food is cold, they should keep it warm. For 85 eur daily you get room, breakfast and parking place, all other amenities are extra, and should pay???, spa, jacuzzi..

Essen ist sehr gut. Sauberes Hotel und sehr freundliche Kellner.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Super Hotel on a splendid lokation! But be aware, this is a non alcohol-hotel....wich puts its marks on the afterski atmospheare and in the restaurants!! But there is a nice bar, BB Bar, just opposite the reception....and a wellsupplied "Supermarket"! Go for the a la carte restaurant in the evening in stead of the halfborad buffet....almost same price....but again no alcohol!! A bit noisy between rooms and floors!

Hotel je u finom stanju pored skijanje staze.Hrana u restoranu s kaminom je odlicna. Trebalo bi zabraniti pusenje u tom restoranu zbog djece i ostalih nepusaca.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Nachdem absehbar war, dass sich meine Ankunft hinauszögern würde, war mit einem Anruf alles geregelt. Der Nachtwächter hatte mir sogar beim Ausladen geholfen.
Das Zimmer war von den Abmessungen sehr großzügig, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit barrierefreiem Bad und variablem Beleuchtungskonzept.
Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei (leider hatte ich damit in den meisten Skihotels in Frankreich und der Schweiz kein Glück)
Der große Balkon und die riesigen Fenster mit direktem Blick zum Berg und dem Skilift!
Überhaupt fand ich das Designkonzept des ganzen Hotels sehr ansprechend und stimmig (bodentiefe Fenster im Restaurant, dem Frühstücksraum und in der Lobby, die ansonsten komplett mit geöltem (modernen) Naturholz-Möbeln ausgestattet sind.
Die Kamine (hinter Glas) verbreiteten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Die Parksituation kann etwas schwierig werden (teilweise in zweiter Reihe). (Ivh habe aber auch eine Tiefgarage gesehn, kann aber nicht sagen für wen)
Einen Fitnessraum gibt es leider nicht, dafür aber einen Gebetsraum und einen Wellnessbereich.
Das Hotel befindet sich quasi direkt (300m?) beim 6er- bzw. Schlepp-Lift (näher geht’s in diesem Ort nicht)

بشكل عام الفندق جيد جدا لكن المطعم ليس بمستوي النظافه المطلوب وهناك ازعاج اعمال بناء بجوار الفندق اما الاستقبال فرائع جدا

hotel di recente costruzione, adattato per costumi islamici. personale alla reception cortese, un po' meno il personale che ci ha servito la cena:alla nostra richiesta di vino, si è subito risentito ed è andato a chiedere a non si sa chi se potevamo cenare, nonostante il locale vuoto. ad ogni modo abbiamo cenato, anche se il cibo non era proprio di qualità. finita la cena (servita a partire dalle 18 fino alle 20, quindi prendetevi per tempo), siamo andati a dormire.
il materasso era un po' scomodo, ma tutto sommato siamo riusciti a riposare.
la colazione del mattino successivo per fortuna era abbondante e buona, servita stavolta da personale cortese e disponibile.
