Perfect for my needs
Pros:

Location, staff very attentionate and friendly, cleanliness, amenities and bathroom

Cons:

The size of the room is rather small especially for two travellers with two suitcases. However it is Tokyo where most hotels have small rooms therefore it is not a complaint but rather an indication for travellers with LARGE suitcases

Really pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was really convenient. perfect spot close to Tokyo Marathon finish line, so i dont have to take train or subway. The room size enough for 2 people move around without having to be on each other necks. The staff is friendly and tend to your need when you asks. overall staying experience was really good.

Cons:

The room wasnt cleaned everyday. But you can requested to be cleaned.

Bon hôtel propre et confortable mais petit dej à revoir.
Pros:

L’accueil super par un employé très souriant qui nous a proposé un jeu pour gagner un snack

Cons:

L’employée au petit dej peu agréable et non anglophone, obligé de payer en cash de breakfast , très peu de choix et quantité vu le prix et le pti dej japonais pas dispo.

Great location, value for money compared with other hotels in this location. Lovely staff

Small, good, great shower.
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful. Happy hour with free food and one with free drinks. Small room, but got the job done. Located couple block from Tokyo Station made it very convenient and a couple steps to a konbini.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say, solid spot.

Pros:

Lage und Erreichbarkeit waren gut, auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Frühstück wirklich schlecht, aber eben Japan und Europäische Ansprüche:-)

Excellent experience and great location.
Pros:

We stayed on the family delux room it was perfect for a family of 4. Very spacious, nice bathrooms and kitchenette. Had everything we needed and was super clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Room is small and dark ; wall paper, floor, furniture, curtain colors makes room and hotel look dark too. Bathroom is too small. Consider renovation to make entire look and feel - white and bright.
