Small & sweet
Pros:

Great location. Facilities were more than expected. Husband loved the Japanese breakfast option

Cons:

very small room . Not much choice for Breakfast. The croissants were pretty dire.

Pros:

La habitación estaba correctamente aislada del ruido del hotel y del exterior, estaba bien equipada, y cerca de estaciones de metro y tiendas. El personal fue muy agradable y servicial, estaba todo muy limpio y tenían diferentes amenities disponibles.

Good hotel for short stay
Pros:

Location is perfect. Right next to Takaracho station - you can go there straight from Haneda Airport with the Keikyū Line for about 3,50 Dollar. Area is also nice, Ginza feels pretty posh. Hotel staff make you feel very welcome.

Cons:

The room was very dark, and my window faced a wall, so it almost felt like there was no window at all. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, too. I also found short black hairs in the bathroom that definitely weren’t mine. Some staff members struggled with English, which made communication difficult. When I asked whether the complimentary ramen was vegetarian, the answer I got was, “Ramen is a Japanese dish.” Uhm… okay, but that wasn’t really my question...

Helpful for location but not that comfortable.
Pros:

It’s located in a good place, far enough from the most crowded streets. The team was pretty friendly and helped with some recommendations of places to visit.

Cons:

I already knew the room was small, but the restroom is really small, I hit my elbows against the wall while I was showering, and in the bidet you get pretty close to the door.
The carpet was somewhat dirty.
The AC makes a lot of noise even when turned OFF. I requested to fix the problem and I’ve got a message saying they will look how to fix it, but they didn’t do anything.

Pros:

Great location for people that want to stay in Ginza. Very close to train stations.

Cons:

There were lots of mold in the bathroom. The room looked and felt old in comparison to similar hotels we stayed in Japan.

A Good budget option in central Tokyo, with an outstanding staff.
Pros:

We loved the central location in Ginza, and the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. We loved the free udon noodles and wines!

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner and was a little tired, and of course it was tiny, but that's to be expected in Tokyo.
