Pros:

Good value hotel,clean, close to airport and provide shuttle service to the airport.

Cons:

The pillows were not very comfortable. The room seemed a bit too warm for my liking despite the air conditioning at the lowest setting.

Great value and great staff
Pros:

The staff were so nice and joyful. Made us feel very welcome. The room size was just right. We enjoyed happy hour and coffee in the morning.

Pros:

Location! It's in the middle of the city, a short walk to Tokyo Station and attractions, and yet it's very quuet. The staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and substantial. The happy hour and udon snack became a daily favorite. It's also great to have a laundry facility on the premises. I love this place.

Wonderful stay, very kind staff and warm environment:)
Pros:

The staff was very kind and we loved the bonus game we were invited to play when we checked in. We appreciated the cleanliness and warm environment and the send-off ritual we received when checking out. We will be sure to come back next time we’re in Tokyo!!

Pros:

Cleanliness, helpful excellent English speaking Staff, close to underground subway, the bed, coffee, tea and water available all times.
Masks , creams and other sachets are available for customers. An available scale.

Cons:

Very small room, window overlooking a wall.
Lack of hanging things in the bathroom.
You can’t self adjust the air condition.

The place is just right. Perfect location and staff is so friendly. Highly recommend. Also it’s Japan so small is the norm. It was totally cozy.

Pros:

Very friendly staff who speak perfect English. Made me feel very at-home and were quick to help with anything I needed, including luggage storage and free bathroom amenities. The Japanese breakfast was also exceptional. Room was a little small perhaps but I was only looking for a bed and a bathroom anyways so was sufficient for my needs!

Cons:

The WiFi in my room wasn’t very good, it kept disconnecting and only really worked consistently when I was in the bathroom. Seems to work fine in the lobby and communal/dining areas though.
