Cleanness is a big issue. Just some examples: dusty hairdryer, kettle with smudges, one mug showing residues at bottom. Considering this is Mantra, it is not acceptable.

Disappointing Stay — Needs Improvement

I was quite let down by my recent stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had visible mold, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were already emptied when we arrived — which felt careless and unhygienic.

One of the biggest surprises was discovering that room service came with an extra fee, which wasn’t clearly stated in the reservation. Coming back at night to find the bed unmade and the room untouched was frustrating, especially since we assumed basic housekeeping was included.

Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve both its cleanliness standards and communication around services.

Surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Northbourne Ave. Underground parking was also available. Limited area to park while checking in - I had to park just around the corner but it was only 100 metres.
