Stay here for a couple of days.
Pros:

Located 2 minute walk from town. Large room (number4) on stilts over the sea. Fantastic views and location. Next to small working jetty (2/3 longtailboats a
day) interesting to watch. Lovely friendly staff. Very quiet.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable.

We stayed 4 nights and a pity that we didn’t had the see view. We asked to change the room but seemed to be difficult although they were most of the time empty. That was a pity

Traumhafter Ausblick. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Täglicher Zimmerservice. Es gab auch jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Trinkwasser.
Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß direkt zur Hauptstraße von Old Town.

Cons:

Bad war zwar sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The location was good, with view of the sea and seating area on the decking

Cons:

The tiled bed base. It's a dangerous trip hazard and the corner of the base can easily cause a gashed leg. My wife tripped over the tiled base and cracked a couple of ribs, had a black eye, bruising to her cheek, broke her glasses and caused significant bruising to her bottom. She is still in pain a week after.
We accept that the owners pointed out that the tiled base does extend beyond the bed mattress, but unless you are constantly having this at the front of your mind it can be very dangerous. Photo show the tiled bed base. For the owner to point it out suggests it has caused problems in the past.

AMAZING place. Huge room with all the facilities and an incredible deck all to myself. Great location, so peaceful. Felt really luxurious. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Pros:

Well kept facility that is clearly well cared for and situated beautifully just outside of old town on the shore. Friendly staff, including a sweet but shy resident cat. Very cozy vibes, with a beautiful view every day and pleasant bird watching. Highly recommend it.

I Talay Lanta es un lugar hermoso si necesitas dormir, desconectar y descansar bien. Lamentablemente estábamos solo de paso; de lo contrario, habría sido un sitio ideal para quedarnos más tiempo.

La habitación estaba genial, las camas eran cómodas y las sábanas estaban limpias. Quizás el baño podría haber estado un poco más limpio, pero todo lo demás fue excelente.

Estaba justo al lado del old town que eso fue un súper plus!

Nous avons adoré cet endroit insolite et si magnifique. On vit au dessus du début de la mangrove au rythme des marées. Calme et nature, tout ce que j aime.

Very spacious with a good bed and very quiet too.
The cleaning was okay, but it could be more thorough - mostly in the bathroom, and the pillows need changing.

Nice staff and reliable Wi-Fi. We had a great stay.
